Filter by:This is a interventional phase II study aiming to examine the complete response rate of a bortezomib-based salvage regimen in adults with refractory or relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), seeking to compare outcomes with the available literature and with our historical data on relapsed/refractory ALL.
- Brief Summary: Cluster of differentiation 19 (CD19) is expressed on B cells. CD19+ tumor cells in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia can be targeted using T cells expressing CD19-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). - Objective: This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of single-dose anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy in the treatment of relapsed/refractory CD19+ non-Hodgkin lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. - Eligibility: People aged 1 to 60 years with relapsed/refractory CD19+ non-Hodgkin lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. - Design: Phase 1 clinical trial, uncontrolled, single dose of CD19 CAR T-cells.
The goal of this observational study is to learn about infectious complications in patients affected by B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia treated with inotuzumab-ozogamicin (INO). The main question it aims to answer is: • incidence of infectious complications (bacterial, fungal, viral) in patients receiving inotuzumab ozogamicin up to 60 days after the end of treatment
This is a multi-center, phase I/II trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of HY004 treatment in Adult patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (r/r B-cell ALL).
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of Reduced Dose Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide (PTCy) in patients with hematologic malignancies after receiving an HLA-Mismatched Unrelated Donor (MMUD) . The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - Does a reduced dose of PTCy reduce the occurrence of infections in the first 100 days after transplant? - Does a reduced dose of PTCy maintain the same level of protection against Graft Versus Host Disease (GvHD) as the standard dose of PTCy?
This is a multicenter non-interventional study (NIS) on patients with CLL who have been treated with acalabrutinib for the first time within the year before the first site initiation visit in Spain
To assess the feasibility of oral dasatinib pulses (3 consecutive days per week) during the first month following infusion of brexucabtagene autoleucel (Tecartus) in adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Clinical Study on the Safety and Effectiveness of low-dose chidamide maintenance therapy after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or T-cell lymphomas.
Study is a phase I study to determine the maximum tolerated dose of adding Loncastuximab Tesirine to Aclabrutinib in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
The purpose of this study is determine the effectiveness of a six-month virtually-delivered dietary education intervention (PEDALL) on the prevention of overweight and obesity (OW/OB) during maintenance chemotherapy in children and adolescents with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
