In Vitro Fertilization protocols are constantly under review in order to improve the recruitment of the follicles, which contain the eggs, whilst minimizing the doses of gonadotrophins required, with the ultimate aim of increasing the live birth rate.

In this study the effectiveness of degarelix, a long acting GnRH antagonist administered in a unique administration of 20 mg the first day of menstrual cycle, to prevent ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) in PCOS women at risk to develop OHSS.
Background: - Primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) is a condition that affects ovary function. It means that the ovaries are not able to function at a level appropriate for a woman's age. Previously, it was thought that women had only a fixed number of eggs that were lost each month until none were left at menopause. However, recently, stem cells have been found in the ovaries of adult women. These stem cells may be able to make new eggs. Studying these cells may help women with POI in the future. Researchers want to collect ovarian tissue from women with POI to investigate ovarian stem cells. Objectives: - To collect ovarian tissue from women with primary ovarian insufficiency. Eligibility: - Women between 18 and 50 years of age with primary ovarian insufficiency. Design: - Participants will be screened with a physical exam and medical history. They will also have a full gynecological exam. They will provide blood and urine samples. - Participants will donate ovarian tissue for study. It will be collected through outpatient surgery. The surgery will take either half of an ovary or a full ovary. - Treatment will not be provided as part of this study.
The purpose of this study is to show that AFOLIA, a recombinant manufactured human follicle stimulating hormone (r-hFSH) has a similar efficacy and safety profile compared to Gonal-f® RFF.
In this study the investigators compare the traditional way of triggering with a new way in patients with Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). This to reduce the risque of Ovary Hyper Stimulation Syndrome (OHSS) in In Vitro Fertilization/ IntraCytoplastic Sperm Injection (IVF/ ICSI) treatment. The investigators also compare the number of mature oocytes, embryo's and pregnancy rate.
We would like to determine if HBA® testing of sperm in couples with presumed idiopathic infertility will reveal lower binding percentages than in couples with an identifiable cause of infertility either male factor or tubal factor
In this study of endometriosis patients we compare a common treatment of surgical therapy and medical treatment for 3 months (Zoladex) with patients receiving only surgical therapy. In both cases they immediately start In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatment.
