NCT ID: NCT02725827 Completed - Clinical trials for In Vitro Fertilization

Hyaluronan-enriched Embryo Transfer Medium for Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer

Start date: April 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized-controlled trial evaluating the effect of the use of hyaluronan (HA)-enriched embryo transfer medium on the live birth rate in women undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer. For half of the women, hyaluronan-enriched medium will be used as embryo transfer medium. For the other half of women, a control will be used.

NCT ID: NCT02722252 Completed - Infertility Clinical Trials

Comparative Study of Two Embryo Culture Systems

INCUBATE
Start date: August 27, 2014
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The centre for Medically-Assisted Procreation (MAP) of Dijon CHU has two high-technology embryo culture systems, with incubation characteristics that are potentially superior to those provided by classical culture systems. Indeed, these two systems, available in only two MAP centres in France, make it possible to maintain a stable temperature and gaseous environment during the in-vitro development of the embryos. It is necessary to observe the development of the embryos to determine which embryos have the highest implantation potential. These observations are done from time to time by microscope for one system and continuously using an incorporated video camera for the other (cinematographic study). The MAP centre in Dijon wishes to compare the interest of these two systems.

NCT ID: NCT02718105 Completed - Infertility Clinical Trials

Maternal and Fetal Compatibility in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)-Oocyte Donor Influences Live Birth Rate

Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Has the maternal KIR haplotype an impact in pregnancy, miscarriage and live birth rates per embryo transfer in donor oocytes -ART by paternal and oocyte donor HLA-C?

NCT ID: NCT02716753 Completed - Infertility Clinical Trials

Effects of Seminal Plasma on Pregnancy Rate With IVF

SENAVA
Start date: November 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

All couples planned for IVF will be asked to participate. After information and received informed consent they will be randomized into two groups. At the time for ovum pick up during an IVF procedure either half of the amount of seminal plasma or the same amount of physiological NaCl solution will be installed around the external cervical opening in vagina. The syringe with seminal plasma or physiological NaCl solution will be prepared according to a prearranged randomization list by a technician. The success rate will be the number of diagnosed pregnancies and live births.

NCT ID: NCT02713854 Completed - Subfertility Clinical Trials

BAP-EB as a Predictive Tool for Endometrial Receptivity and Pregnancy Outcome of IVF Treatment

Start date: February 1, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To determine the predictive value of attachment rate of human embryonic stem cells (hESC)-derived trophoblast spheroids (BAP-EB, embryo surrogate) onto endometrial epithelial cells (EEC) on success of IVF treatment and to use the model to identify EEC surface biomarkers for endometrial receptivity.

NCT ID: NCT02710006 Completed - Infertility, Clinical Trials

Automatic Volume Calculations During Three-dimensional Sonohysterography.

Start date: February 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the feasibility and reliability of automatic volume calculation of uterine cavity in women with reproductive failures. 3D volumes of uterus and uterine cavity will be acquired during three-dimensional ultrasonography and sonohysterography. After that independent observers will measure offline the uterine cavity volume using automatic volume calculation using SonoAVC general software, and VOCAL software.

NCT ID: NCT02703584 Completed - Infertility Clinical Trials

Co Administration of GnRH Agonist and hCG for Final Oocyte Maturation

Start date: March 2016
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

All the studies, demonstrating improved oocyte maturity and high pregnancy rate with the dual trigger are all retrospective. The investigators therefore aim to perform a prospective randomized controlled study in normal responders, comparing cycles triggered with hCG to those triggered with hCG+GnRH agonist.

NCT ID: NCT02697994 Completed - Back Pain Clinical Trials

Sterile Water Injections For Pain Relief İn Labor

Start date: June 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

ABSTRACT Introduction: In addition to pain caused by uterine contractions in labour, in 33% of women, continuous and severe back pain is observed. In management of this pain, sterile water injection is considered to be an effective method. Aim of this study is assessment of effectiveness and satisfaction of this method among Turkish women in which analgesic methods are not extensively used in labour and rates of cesarean section exponentially increases. Material and Methods: 168 termed, healthy women who admitted to Istanbul Gaziosmanpaşa-Taksim Training and Research Hospital with labour pain and had severe back pain were randomized into 4x0.1 ml sterile water and 4xdry Injection groups. Injections were applied to Michaelis Rhomboid region in sacral region. Pain scores were assessed at 10th, 30th, 60th, 120th and 180th minutes with Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Additionally, need for epidural analgesia, APGAR score, mode of delivery, time of delivery, maternal satisfaction and breastfeeding scores were assessed.

NCT ID: NCT02684604 Completed - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

Anti-Helicobacter Pylori Antibodies (IgG) in Serum of Women With Unexplained Infertility

Start date: March 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

Prevalence of anti-H.pylori IgG in serum of women with unexplained infertility and comparing that with it's prevalence in fertile women.

NCT ID: NCT02683967 Completed - Infertility Clinical Trials

The Impact of Acupuncture on the Success Rates of IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) Treatments

Start date: November 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The trial aims to investigate whether acupuncture has an effect in increasing clinical pregnancy (pregnancy that is confirmed by a scan) and live birth rates on women undergoing IVF treatment.
