View clinical trials related to Infertility.
Filter by:This study is a prospective, double-blind, randomized controlled trial . It includes 250 infertile patients scheduled for ICSI cycle. The patients will be randomly allocated into two equal groups; daily oral low dose Acetylsalicylic acid and group B patients will receive daily oral low dose Acetylsalicylic acid and Low dose prednisolone. All 250 participants undergo similar ICSI cycles. Primary outcome is clinical pregnancy rate per cycle. Secondary outcomes include number of oocytes retrieved, fertilization rate, number of embryos, embryo quality, chemical pregnancy rate, twins rate and miscarriage rate per cycle.
At present, there is no agreement on the effect of vitamin D level in serum and follicular fluid on the outcome of IVF-ET pregnancy. Most of these studies were based on the research of total 25 (OH) D, which have ignored that the biological activity of vitamin D molecule is not total 25 (OH) D, but free vitamin D or vitamin D bioavailable, and have flaws in methodology. This project intends to make a prospective cohort study with large sample, based on a complete methodology of total vitamin D and free vitamin D to measure maternal vitamin D levels in blood,to systematically study the effect of maternal vitamin D status on IVF - ET pregnancy outcome. This study is also the first to study the relationship between maternal vitamin D status and the outcome of IVF-ET pregnancy using a complete methodology.
The objective of this project is the identification and quantification of the main bacterial communities present in the endometrial microbiota in obese infertile patients, to assess if there is an alteration of their composition dependent on the body mass index, and if such alteration it could influence the reduction of endometrial receptivity, demonstrated in obese women. If obese patients have an altered digestive microbiota and, at the same time, a lower endometrial receptivity, the investigator want to assess whether such reduction in receptivity may depend on an alteration in the endometrial microbiota, which in non-obese infertile patients has been shown to negatively influence the reproductive results
The purpose of the study to evaluate effect of nitroglycerin trans-dermal patches on uterine and sub-endometrial blood flow in women with unexplained infertility.
2groups with peritoneal adhesions after cesarean delivery will be allocated to either laparoscopic tubal adhesiolysis or to IVF/ICSI
to evaluate the value of using transvaginal ultrasound guided embryo transfer in obese patients undergoing in vitro fertilization.
Observational study of reproductive outcome after frozen embryo transfer in HRT with vaginal and rectal progesterone.
Increased sperm DNA Fragmentation Index implies decreased male fertility in vivo and in vitro. There is need for developing new strategies for improvement of male fertility. The study aims to investigate whether high sperm DNA Integration Index can be treated by use of antioxidants.
A prospective randomized study included 210 women with Unexplained infertility subjected to combined ovarian stimulation and Intrauterine insemination (IUI). Two equal groups. Study group, subjected to uterine flushing with Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) one day before IUI and control group subjected to IUI alone.
The Researchers hope to learn if by using lavender aromatherapy during an intrauterine insemination patients have decreased anxiety and pain at the time of the procedure.
