NCT ID: NCT06394752 Recruiting - Fertility Issues Clinical Trials

UTERINE EVALUATION FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF PATHOLOGY. This Study Will Compare the Intrauterine Pathology Detection Rate Between Standard of Care Hydrosonography, and a New Visual Saline Infusion Device Providing Direct Visualization of the Uterus.

Start date: April 25, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, single center, multiple arm cohort study intended to compare the diagnostic accuracy of a Visual Saline Infusion Device (VSI) device, vs standard of care Hydrosonography in reproductive aged women to identify pathology in the uterus.

NCT ID: NCT06379659 Recruiting - Infertility Clinical Trials

Effectiveness of Intrauterine Growth Hormone Administration as an add-on Therapy to Conventional Hormone Therapy Compared to Placebo in Patients With Thin Endometrium Undergoing Frozen Thawed Embryo Transfer

Start date: May 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this clinical trial is to see if intrauterine growth hormone infusions can help subjects reach a suitable endometrial thickness in patients who are resistant to routine hormonal therapy for embryo transfer in the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) cycle. The primary aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of injecting Growth hormone directly into the uterus to enhance endometrial thickness. Additionally, we aim to compare the likelihood of pregnancy between patients receiving the Growth hormone infusion and those receiving a placebo.

NCT ID: NCT06261658 Recruiting - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

Improving the Quality of Cryopreserved Ovarian Tissue Reimplantation Using Platelet-enriched Autologous Plasma

TESOVA2022
Start date: March 1, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study is aimed to evaluate the effects of intraovarian injection of autologous Platelet-enriched Autologous Plasma on the outcomes of orthotopic transplantation of cryopreserved ovarian tissue.

NCT ID: NCT06206746 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

The REBALANCE Study - a Prospective, Multicenter, Randomized, Pivotal Study of the May Health System

Start date: April 1, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

A Prospective, Multicenter, Randomized, Pivotal Study of the May Health System in Transvaginal Ablation of Ovarian Tissue under Ultrasound Guidance in Women with Infertility due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

NCT ID: NCT06174298 Recruiting - Infertility Clinical Trials

The Role of Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor in Embryo Transfer Outcomes

Start date: March 20, 2024
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF, A.K.A. Filgrastim) in infertility patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. The main question it aims to answer is: Can in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) outcomes be improved by supplementing the transfer media with Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GCSF)? Participants will undergo their embryo transfer as per the normal clinic protocol but will be randomized to either receive the standard embryo transfer media or the GCSG-supplemented transfer media. Researchers will compare the GCSF and standard transfer media groups to see if clinical outcomes are improved (i.e., implantation rate, pregnancy, clinical pregnancy rate, live birth rate).

NCT ID: NCT06173869 Recruiting - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

A Randomised Trial Comparing the Ovarian Response of a Starting Dose of Either 10 μg or 15 μg Follitropin Delta (FE 999049) to a Starting Dose of Either 150 IU or 225 IU Follitropin Alfa (GONAL-F) in Conventional Regimens in China

COCO
Start date: March 29, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 3b clinical trial with follitropin delta (FE 999049) and Gonal-F. The trial is a randomised, controlled, assessor-blind, parallel groups, multicentre trial comparing the ovarian response of a starting dose of either 10mg or 15 mg follitropin delta to a starting dose of either 150 IU or 225 IU Gonal-F in a long GnRH agonist protocol in women undergoing an assisted reproductive technology programme in China.

NCT ID: NCT06167135 Recruiting - Obesity Clinical Trials

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Mitochondrial Dysfunction, Obesity, Insulin Resistance Infertility (POMODORI) Cohort

POMODORI
Start date: September 10, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Enrolling of 150 female patients of fertile age diagnosed with PCOS, insulin resistance, infertility, or mitochondrial disease, and the same number of age- and sex-matched controls are planned. During the research biomarkers already with mitochondrial dysfunction in the scientific literature and common mtDNA abnormalities (deletions, point mutations, copy number changes, etc.) are examined.

NCT ID: NCT06147687 Recruiting - Endometriosis Clinical Trials

Machine Learning for Early Diagnosis of Endometriosis(MLEndo)

MLEndo
Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The project aims to create a large prospective data bank using the Lucy medical mobile application and collect and analyze patient profiles and structured clinical data with artificial intelligence. In addition, authors will investigate the association of removed or restricted dietary components with quality of life, pain, and central sensitization.

NCT ID: NCT06141135 Recruiting - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

The GETSET trial is a prospective randomized trial designed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of incorporating preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies (PGT-A) in elective single embryo transfer in women between 35 and 40 years of age.

NCT ID: NCT06139757 Recruiting - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

Sleep Length and Euploid Embryo Transfer Prospective Study

SLEEP
Start date: January 17, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Sleep is a critical component of daily life that significantly influences health and well-being. Despite the integral role sleep plays in life, its effect on women's reproductive health, and its subsequent impact on fertility, is largely understudied. The purpose of the SLEEP Study is to investigate the link between sleep and fertility. Participants will use a wireless wearable device mounted on the finger to measure sleep in the weeks preceding and following an embryo transfer during treatment with in vitro fertilization. The investigators hope that these findings will inform future therapies that improve sleep and fertility outcomes.
