Kadcyla And Neratinib for Interception of HER2+ Breast Cancer With Molecular Residual Disease

Start date: December 6, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2 study for patients with resected Stage I-III HER2+ breast cancer with detected molecular residual disease (MRD+) following standard neoadjuvant and locoregional therapy delivered with curative intent. In this study Patients will be treated with neratinib in addition to their standard T-DM1 adjuvant therapy. Neratinib will be administered orally at a dose of 160 mg daily for up to 12 months, or until the time of clinical recurrence, discontinuation due to toxicity, or withdrawal of consent. This study will have two stages, stage 1 would enroll up to 8 participants to clear the Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) and Stage 2 will enroll up to 5 participants. The purpose of this study is to determine if this study population would have a better outcome from adding neratinib to their standard T-DM1 adjuvant therapy.

NCT ID: NCT05378464 Recruiting - Clinical trials for HER2-positive Breast Cancer

Start date: May 31, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of Adoptive T-Cell therapy following the Dendritic Cell (DC1) study vaccine given in combination with pepinemab added to standard of care therapy, trastuzumab to help people with HER2 positive breast cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05371860 Withdrawn - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Radiation Omission in Patients With HER2 Overexpressing Tumors With Pathologic Complete Response

Start date: July 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility, based on recruitment rate over a 3-year period, of enrolling patients for the omission of post-operative breast radiation following breast conserving surgery and sentinel node biopsy or axillary lymph node dissection in women with HER2+ breast cancer who achieve pathologic complete response.

NCT ID: NCT05367739 Completed - Breast Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Real World Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Anti-HER2 Therapy

Start date: June 1, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Anti HER2 therapy can improve the survival of HER2 positive patients and reduce mortality. The aim of the open-label, real-world study is to assess efficacy and safety of Anti-HER2 treatment drugs.

NCT ID: NCT05346861 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Breast Cancer

Pyrotinib Rechallenge in Her2-positive Metastatic Breast Cancer Pretreated With Pyrotinib and Trastuzumab

Start date: September 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Pyrotinib is an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting both HER-1 and HER-2 receptors. This study is a randomized, open-label, multi-center, parallel design study of the combination of pyrotinib, trastuzumab and chemotherapy versus trastuzumab and chemotherapy in HER2+ MBC patients, who have prior received trastuzumab and pyrotinib. Patients will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to one of the following treatment arms. Arm A: pyrotinib + trastuzumab + chemotherapy, Arm B: trastuzumab + chemotherapy. Patients will receive either arm of therapy until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or withdrawal of consent.

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of HLX11 vs. EU-Perjeta® in the Neoadjuvant Therapy of HER2-Positive and HR-Negative Early-stage or Locally Advanced Breast Cancer

Start date: April 25, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase III, double-blind, randomized, parallel-controlled, multicenter equivalence study to compare the efficacy and safety of pertuzumab biosimilar HLX11 vs. EU-Perjeta® on HER2-positive and HR-negative early-stage or locally advanced breast cancer with a primary tumor > 2 cm. Patients are random assignment to 2 arms and treatment with either HLX11 or EU-Perjeta® , and received neoadjuvant THP regimen every 3- weeks 4 cycles, adjuvant AC every 3- weeks 4 cycles and pertuzumab+trastuzumab(HP) every 3- weeks 13cycles.
