Filter by:Phase II Pilot Study of Trastuzumab Biosimilar (Herzuma®) plus Gedatolisib in Patients with HER-2 Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer Who Progressed after 2 or more HER-2 directed Chemotherapy
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of HER2-CAR T cells in treating patients with cancer that has spread to the brain or leptomeninges and has come back (recurrent). HER2-CAR T cells delivered into the ventricles of the brain may recognize and kill tumor cells.
This study is designed to investigate the efficacy and safety of capecitabine, as a postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, for HER-2 positive breast cancer patients who have pathologic residual cancer cells after the preoperative chemotherapy.
A large multi- center phase II/III study with 68Ga-ABY-025 PET and biopsies in patients with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer, where the primary endpoint of the study is to find out the correlation between the HER2 expression measured by 68Ga-ABY-025 PET and standard histopathology from relevant tumor biopsies.
A Phase 1b, open-label, dose escalation study of PRS-343 in combination with atezolizumab in patients with HER2-positive advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
This is a phase II open-label, multicentre, randomized trial. The study assesses the treatment of postmenopausal patients with hormone receptor positive/HER2 positive early breast cancer with neoadjuvant palbociclib in combination with hormonal therapy and HER2 blockade, versus the treatment with paclitaxel in combination with HER2 blockade.
The purpose of this study is to learn more about how to treat patients with a diagnosis of diagnosis of Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2/neu (HER-2/neu) positive breast cancer in the past, who were previously treated with HER-2/neu-directed dendritic cells (DC) vaccines. There is evidence that the use of anti-HER2 dendritic cell (DC) study vaccines could improve response to breast cancer therapy and be an important step in the prevention of recurrence. This study will use a Dendritic Cell Type 1 (DC1) vaccine which is a HER2-sensitized dendritic cell (DC) study vaccine. Dendritic cells are immune cells that can tell the participant's immune system to fight infection. This study vaccine will be made from the participant's blood cells collected from a procedure called leukapheresis.
This is an exploratory, prospective and multicentric study aiming to highlight by FES-PET imaging that an anti-HER2 treatment by trastuzumab + pertuzumab can reverse the ERα status in patients with metastatic breast cancer HER2 + and ERα neg. For each included patient, 2 FES-PET Imaging will be performed for the study (before cancer treatment initiation and before the cycle 3 of treatment) at the IUCT-O center (Institut Universitaire du Cancer de Toulouse). Treatment (trastuzumab + pertuzumab + taxane) will be administered according to the current recommendations in each participant center. Patients will be followed during the 3 cycles of treatment.
Open-label, Phase I-II, first-in-human (FIH) study for A166 monotherapy in HER2-expressing or amplified patients who progressed on or did not respond to available standard therapies. Patients must have documented HER2 expression or amplification. The patient must have exhausted available standard therapies. Patients will receive study drug as a single IV infusion. Cycles will continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
This is a randomised, double-blind multicenter Phase III study for evaluating the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant pyrotinib and trastuzumab plus docetaxel versus placebo and trastuzumab plus docetaxel given as neoadjuvant treatment in HER2 positive early stage or locally advanced breast cancer.
