Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: - All Heart Failure patients attend to sohag university hospital aged above 18 year old . Exclusion Criteria: - Patients on lipid lowering medications - Patients on antidiabetic drugs - Patients with comorbidities eg liver cirrhosis or malignancy
