Inclusion Criteria: - Asymptomatic subjects - Sedentary Exclusion Criteria: - Spinal pain - Historic of trauma/surgery to the spine - Diabetes - Hypo/hyperthyroidism - Alcoholic - Smoker - Hypertension |
