Further construct a community-based rehabilitation management (CBRM) program with drug treatment, rehabilitation measures of education, psychology and exercise as its core content on the basis of evidence-based practice approach. Based on the cost-utility analysis of health economics, the health and economic benefits of the CBRM program will be evaluated, and a theoretical reference will be provided for community health institutions to carry out whole-course rehabilitation management practice and health policy formulation.
late-life depression (LLD) is the most common mental illness in the elderly. Due to the increasing prevalence of population aging, it has become one of the important factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly. 50-70% of elderly patients with depression are accompanied by different degrees of cognitive impairment.
The purpose of this study is to assess which antidepressants work the best in older adults who have treatment-resistant depression (TRD), and to test whether treatment-resistant late life depression is associated with declines in memory and attention and brain structure and function.
