NCT ID: NCT06236594 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Disease

Application of Multimodal Endoscopic Functional Imaging Technology in the Diagnosis of Common Gastrointestinal Diseases

Endo-mmfi
Start date: September 18, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

We plan the study to explore the application of endoscopic laser speckle imaging and multispectral blood oxygen imaging to observe gastrointestinal lesions, as well as the differences in the morphology, density and functional status of mucosal surfaces and deep blood vessels of different gastrointestinal lesions, also to explore the role of endoscopic multimodal functional imaging in common gastrointestinal diseases, especially in the early diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05923918 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Disease

A Study to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of PBK_M2101

Start date: June 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial was prospective, randomized, single-blind, 3-treatment arm, parallel treatment group, and active-controlled. , Multi-center, Phase 3 confirmatory clinical trial.

NCT ID: NCT05444166 Recruiting - Colonoscopy Clinical Trials

Explore the Relationship Between the Percentage of Colonoscopy Withdrawal Overspeed and the ADR

Start date: July 29, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In this study, the investigators used the optical flow method to measure the colonoscopy withdrawal speed, and doctors were selected from multiple hospitals to collect prospective colonoscopy screening videos, and the percentage of colonoscopy withdrawal overspeed was calculated to explore the relationship between it based on optical flow method and the adenoma detection rate.

NCT ID: NCT05409196 Completed - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Disease

Phase 1 Trial for Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of a Live, Attenuated, Oral Shigella/ETEC Combination Vaccine to Healthy Adults

Start date: September 16, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1 dose escalating study to assess the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of ShigETEC, a live, attenuated Shigella/ETEC combination vaccine given orally to healthy European adults 18 to 45 years of age. The major aim is the development of an efficacious and safe vaccine that prevents diarrhea caused by Shigella and ETEC in travelers, military personal visiting endemic countries and children of the developing world. This Phase 1 safety and immunogenicity study used a double-blind, placebo-control design and was conducted in two stages, a single ascending and a multiple ascending stage.

NCT ID: NCT05323279 Completed - Colonoscopy Clinical Trials

Evaluate the Effects of An AI System on Colonoscopy Quality of Novice Endoscopists

Start date: March 24, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In this study, the AI-assisted system EndoAngel has the functions of reminding the ileocecal junction, withdrawal time, withdrawal speed, sliding lens, polyps in the field of vision, etc. These functions can assist novice endoscopists in performing colonoscopy and improve the quality.

NCT ID: NCT05233631 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Disease

Therapeutic EUS Registry

T-EUS
Start date: June 12, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The purpose of this prospective registry is to assess long-term data on efficacy, safety and clinical outcome of Therapeutic Endoscopic ultrasound (T-EUS) . The registry will evaluate technical feasibility, clinical outcome, safety profile and overall clinical management through medical chart review. The procedures we are evaluating are all clinically indicated and will not be prescribed to someone to participate in this research study.

NCT ID: NCT05115877 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Disease

Evaluation of Outcomes From Treatment of Benign or Malignant Gastrointestinal Diseases

Start date: January 7, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study will be a retrospective, registry study collecting data of patients who were diagnosed with benign or malignant gastrointestinal diseases. Data will be collected from patient's chart retrospectively once the patients have completed proper treatment follow up with physicians' practice.

NCT ID: NCT05053191 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Cancer

Advancing Nursing Practices in Hospital Oncology Care

Start date: September 3, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to find out if a new training program for nurses called PACT (Partnership, Assessment, Care, and Transition) will be effective and relevant in helping nurses gain the skills needed to provide high-quality family-centered care. Family-centered care skills include engaging family caregivers as partners in patient care, and strengthening their capacity for caregiving by assessing family support needs and facilitating access to resources when needed. The study will also look at whether the quality of nurses' family-centered care skills is associated with improved outcomes for family caregivers. Both nurses and family caregivers will be enrolled in this study. Participants will be nurses/caregivers who care for advanced GI cancer patients admitted to Memorial Sloan Kettering.

NCT ID: NCT05051358 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Cancer

Therapeutic Endoscopic Ultrasound for Gastrointestinal Disorders: A Multicenter Registry Study

TEUS Registry
Start date: February 11, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this retrospective chart-review registry study is to evaluate the safety profile, efficacy profile and cost-effectiveness of the various therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) procedures (for benign and malignant gastrointestinal disorders). 1. To assess the clinical and technical success rates of EUS-Guided interventions 2. To document the impact of therapeutic EUS procedures on the management of gastrointestinal disorders including malignancies through cost effective analyses. 3. Compare endoscopic interventions to non-endoscopic interventions for the same clinical indications and evaluate safety and efficacy.
