The goal of this clinical trial is to compare XELOX +Bev +Tislelizumab with standard chemotherapy,in MSS/pMMR-type RAS-mutated metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma. The main questions it aims to answer are efficacy and safety of the regimen of XELOX +Bev +Tislelizumab. The investigators want to transform ras-mutated colorectal cancer into a "hot tumor" through the combination of anti-vascular therapy and chemotherapy, and then achieve better therapeutic effect through the combination with immunotherapy. Participants will receive the regimen of XELOX +Bev +Tislelizumab.
Stomach cancer is the most common malignant disease and the second most common cause of cancer-related deaths in the Korea. The elderly are primarily affected by the disease with most gastric cancer-related deaths occuring in patients aged 65 years or older. Systemic chemotherapy improves the quantity and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer when compared with best supportive care. However, elderly cancer patients often present with concomitant co-morbidities and age-associated physiologic problems that make the selection of optimal treatment difficult. There is also uncertainty about the use of systemic palliative chemotherapy in elderly patients because of under representation of this age group in clinical trials. Therefore, this phase II trial was planned to investigate efficacy and toxicities of combination chemotherapy with attenuated dose of S-1 and oxaliplatin (attenuated SOX)in patients with elderly AGC
Randomised trial comparing standard chemotherapy with carboplatin and etoposide with a combination of topotecan and cisplatin in patients with inoperable lung cancer of small cell type.
The study is a two-arm, multi-center trial of Revlimid® and Rituximab, for the frontline treatment of patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) designed and conducted by the CLL Research Consortium (CRC). The purpose of this study is to determine the response rate of the combination of Revlimid® and Rituximab in previously untreated CLL patients in two arms- those aged 65 years and above and those younger than 65. Secondary objectives will evaluate the safety of the combination of Revlimid® and Rituximab, response duration, improvement in hematologic parameters, and the significance of the tumor flare reaction. All patients will have assessment of known prognostic factors for CLL as well as novel prognostic factors will be evaluated for predicting response to treatment. Biologic corollary studies are designed to evaluate the mechanism of Revlimid® in CLL and the combination of Revlimid® and Rituximab.
