In this non-randomized treatment feasibility pilot we want to explore if a simplified version of CBT-i as a non-therapist-guided digital tool can work; if the digital tool is perceived as user friendly and if participants' insomnia severity is improved following four weeks of treatment.

After development of the prototype Bedtime Routine module of the Talk Parenting program, the investigators will evaluate its feasibility and initial efficacy in a within-subjects pre-post design study. Through recruitment partner agencies, the investigators will recruit a sample of 52 at-risk families (52 primary parents, 52 target children). Primary parents will be assessed at enrollment via online an questionnaire, then provided an Amazon Echo Dot and asked to use the Bedtime Routine module for 4 weeks. They will then be re-assessed with the online questionnaire at 4 weeks (at treatment completion).
This study aims to examine the effects of 4 weeks music listening at bedtime on sleep quality during the third trimester of pregnancy.
The primary objective of this study is to test the feasibility and efficacy of Internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adolescents (13 - 17 years) with sleep problems (ICBT-I). All participants will receive ICBT-I for six weeks. The investigators will also evaluate the effect of the intervention on comorbid psychiatric symptoms and function.
This descriptive, cross-sectional study will evaulate and fully characterize factors associated with cognitive dysfunction in Breast Cancer (BCS) and Colorectal Cancer (CRC) survivors that have cognitive concerns, and factors associated with psychoneurological symptom cluster in BCS and CRC survivors.
