Filter by:It is a prospective, non-interventional, multi-center study. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the image quality of Ultravist in patients requiring contrast-enhanced CT considering the routine use in patient population's, region's indication.
This study is a regulatory post marketing surveillance in Japan, and it is a local prospective and observational study of patients who have received Primovist for contrast enhancement in MRI of liver. The objective of this study is to assess safety, especially in relation to renal dysfunction, and efficacy of using Primovist in clinical practice. A total 2,000 patients for diagnosis on detection and identify hepatic tumor will be recruited and followed 7 days after the injection.
This study is a regulatory post-marketing surveillance in Japan, and it is a local prospective and observational study of patients who have received Magnevist at a dose of more than 0.2 ml/kg for MR angiography of peripheral vasculature with continuous imaging from the abdomen to the lower extremities. The objective of this study is to assess safety, especially in relation to renal dysfunction, and efficacy of using Magnevist in clinical practice. A total 2,000 patients will be recruited.
The study will be conducted as an open label, single-center, single dose and biodistribution study in patients with cancer or inflammation. 56 patients will be selected among the patients undergoing the screening examination conducted within 3 weeks before drug administration. Single dose of the study drug will be administrated in a dose of 300 MBq to these patients. The follow-up period contains the end-of-study telephone interview 5-8 days following the treatment. Key measurements are the PET/CT image acquisitions within a time frame of about 2 hours after the single injection of BAY86-9596.
PET/CT imaging study for evaluation of safety and tolerability and diagnostic performance of BAY1075553 in patients with prostate cancer and in healthy volunteers
Visual assessment of diagnostic PET/CT (positron emission tomography/computed tomography) images obtained after a single intravenous injection of BAY86-7548 in patients with cancer.
PET (positron emission tomography) imaging with BAY1006578 for investigation of diagnostic potential in probable Alzheimer Disease patients versus healthy volunteers and radiation dosimetry in healthy volunteers.
Visual assessment of diagnostic PET/CT (positron emission tomography/computed tomography) images obtained after a single intravenous injection of BAY94-9392 in patients with cancer or inflammation.
Visual assessment of diagnostic PET/CT (positron emission tomography/computed tomography) images obtained after a single intravenous injection of BAY86-9596 in patients with cancer and inflammation
The purpose of this study is to look at the efficacy (how does it work) and safety of gadobutrol when used for obtaining MR images of both breasts.Women with a recent diagnosis of breast cancer by mammogram (X-ray examination of the breasts) may benefit from MRI of the breasts as MRI may detect additional breast cancers.
