The goal of this clinical trial is to learn the efficacy and safety of fractional 1064-nm picosecond laser for facial skin tightening. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Efficacy of fractional 1064-nm picosecond laser for facial skin efficacy including the changes in wrinkle, nasolabial fold, skin laxity, and skin elasticity - The changes in texture and pore volume using Antera - The changes in bioengineering assessment: melanin index, erythema index, sebum level - Adverse events Participants will be treated with 3 sessions of fractional 1064-nm picosecond laser (full face 4 passes, vector lines 4 passes), spaced 4 weeks apart. Follow-up visits 1, 3, and 6 months after the last treatments.

Comparison of Two Different Concentrations of Local Anesthetic in Patient Reported Pain in Oculoplastic Surgery

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare pain scores in people undergoing upper eyelid surgery. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Is one concentration of local anesthetic (also called numbing or freezing injection) less painful when it is injected? - Does one concentration of local anesthetic provide better pain control during surgery? Participants will have two different concentrations of local anesthetic injected into the upper eyelid skin prior to surgery, and will be asked to rate the pain they have during the injection. At the end of surgery, they will be asked to rate the pain they have during surgery. Researchers will compare the pain scores to see if one of the concentrations is less painful during the injection and to see if one of the concentrations provides better pain control during surgery.

The current post-market clinical investigation has been designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CELLBOOSTER® Lift, a HA-based product marketed by SUISSELLE SA. For this purpose, healthy subjects with signs of skin aging with mild to moderate wrinkles, skin laxity, dry and dull skin on the face, received a 3-session treatment and were followed-up over a 4-month period after the initial injection. Several objective measurements of skin quality were performed with different parameters: skin elasticity, density, dryness, microcirculation, wrinkles, color/homogeneity. Clinical improvement was also evaluated, as well as subject and investigator satisfactions. The safety of the injections was also followed with injection site reactions and adverse events collection.

The Efficacy of Amway Herbal Drink to Improve Skin Anti-aging

This goal of this two arms, randomized, double-blind controlled trial is to study whether Amway herbal drink could improve skin anti-aging in the middle-aged people of 30-60 years old. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. whether skin elasticity will be improved measured by Cutometer 2. whether skin wrinkles/roughness/pores will be improved measured by Antera 3D 30 eligible Participants will be enrolled in one center and randomly assigned to two study groups (Amway herbal drink group and placebo drink group). Up to four study visits will be made by the subject over a 3-month period intervention and all clinical data will be captured and recorded into CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) for data analysis and reporting. Researchers will compare Amway herbal drink group and placebo drink group to see if consumption of Amway herbal drink could significantly improve skin anti-aging at the end of the study.

Measuring Renuvion Soft Tissue Contraction Using Ultrasound

This is a prospective, single-center, non-randomized study of up to 5 subjects who are receiving treatment with the Renuvion APR system following power-assisted liposuction in the abdomen per investigator standard of care. Ultrasound images of soft tissue contraction will be taken on abdomen prior to and during the procedure. Measurements of contraction will be calculated from the ultrasound images by an ultrasonographer. All adverse events and expected treatment effects will be documented. Follow-up photographs and ultrasound images will be captured at D30, D45, D60, D90, D180, D270, & D365.
