There are about 3491 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Singapore. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of TRC101 on the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and to evaluate the safety profile of TRC101 in CKD patients with metabolic acidosis.
VK-2019-001 is a 1/2a trial of the oral EBNA-1 targeting agent VK-2019 in patients with EBV-positive recurrent or metastatic NPC to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D), as well as to evaluate the PK profile of VK-2019.
This study aims to evaluate the use of the chest pain choice (CPC) decision aid as a tool to facilitate discussion between the patient and his/her attending physician with regard to subsequent management plans. Patients aged 21 years and above with low-risk chest pain, as determined by the HEART score (HEART score 0-3), will be included. The investigator's hypothesis is that incorporating the Chest Pain Choice visual aid in shared decision making can help to reduce unnecessary admissions for low risk chest pain to the observation ward, as well as increase patient knowledge with regards to their own condition.
JAVELIN Ovarian PARP 100 (B9991030) is an open-label, randomized study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of avelumab in combination with chemotherapy followed by maintenance therapy of avelumab in combination with talazoparib versus an active comparator in treatment-naïve patients with locally advanced or metastatic ovarian cancer (Stage III or Stage IV). On March 19, 2019, Sponsors alliance announced the discontinuation of the ongoing Phase III study, and the decision was based on several factors, including previous announced interim results from JAVELIN Ovarian 100 study (B9991010). Patients who remain in B9991030 study will continue receiving their randomized treatment assigned and will be monitored for appropriate safety assessments until treatment discontinuation.
This Phase 1b/2 study will examine the effects of the study drugs, avelumab, binimetinib and talazoparib when given in a 2 (doublet) or 3 (triplet) drug combination, in patients with locally advanced or metastatic RAS-mutant solid tumors. The Phase 1b part of the study will assess if the different study drugs can be given together safely and which doses to use for further research. Phase 2 will test if the study treatments have an effect on tumor size and growth, and gather more information about potential side effects.
This study was designed to evaluate the role of canakinumab in combination with docetaxel in subjects with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) previously treated with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and platinum-based chemotherapy.
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of OMS721 on 24-hour urine protein excretion (UPE) in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) patients with high baseline proteinuria (high-risk proteinuria group; 24-hour UPE ≥ 2 g/day) assessed at 36 weeks from baseline.
The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two different levels of conbercept intravitreal (IVT) injection as compared to the approved vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) antagonist active control, aflibercept intravitreal injection (2.0 mg/eye, Eylea®), in subjects with neovascular AMD.
The purpose of this study was to assess the safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of experimental medication NZV930 alone and when combined with PDR001 and/or NIR178, in patients with advanced cancers
The study aim to evaluate effectiveness of two bronchodilator nebulization strategies in patients with acute decompensated type 2 respiratory failure due to acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease..
