There are about 6461 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Russian Federation. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ibrutinib given in combination with bendamustine and rituximab in patients 65 years of age or older with newly diagnosed mantle cell lymphoma.
This study enrolled 472 participants, aged 55 or older, with a diagnosis of de novo acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or AML secondary to prior myelodysplastic disease or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), and who have achieved first complete remission (CR)/ complete remission with incomplete blood count recovery (CRi) following induction with or without consolidation chemotherapy. The study is amended to include an extension phase (EP). The EP allows participants who are currently receiving oral azacitidine and who are demonstrating clinical benefit as assessed by the investigator, to continue receiving oral azacitidine after unblinding by sponsor until the participant meets the criteria for study discontinuation or until oral azacitidine becomes commercially available and reimbursed. In addition, all participants in the placebo arm and participants who had been discontinued from the treatment phase (irrespective of randomization arm) and continuing in the follow-up phase will be followed for survival in the EP.
This is a follow-on study to the VELOUR trial (NCT00561470). The aim of this study is to acquire the archived colorectal cancer and metastasized tissue tumour blocks of patients who have participated in the VELOUR study. These samples will be analysed to find proteins or markers which represent how an individual may be responding to treatment. The identification of these markers may help provide personalised and more effective treatment programs for patients with similar conditions in the future.
This open-label, randomized, 2-arm, multicenter, phase 3 study has the primary objective of comparing the modified progression-free survival (mPFS) obtained with brentuximab vedotin (ADCETRIS®) plus AVD (doxorubicin [Adriamycin], vinblastine, and dacarbazine; abbreviated A+AVD) versus that obtained with ABVD (doxorubicin [Adriamycin],bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine) for the frontline treatment of advanced classical Hodgkin lymphoma(HL)
A clinical research study to find out if it is safe to stop the drug nilotinib (Tasigna) in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients. Patients who started treatment with imatinib (Gleevec) when they were first diagnosed with CML, then switched to nilotinib (Tasigna) for at least 2 years with the combined time on imatinib (Gleevec) and nilotinib (Tasigna) for at least 3 years and have very small amount of leukemia cells remaining after the nilotinib (Tasigna) treatment will qualify for the study.
This is a single arm, open label study of approximately 100 high-risk prostate cancer patients scheduled for prostatectomy and extended pelvic lymph node dissection. Patients receive a single IV dose of 99mTc-MIP-1404 (study drug) followed by SPECT/CT scan 3-6 hours after injection. As standard of care, patients will undergo prostatectomy and extended pelvic lymph node dissection (EPLND) within three weeks of study drug dosing. 99mTc-MIP-1404 image data will be evaluated for visible uptake and compared with histopathology.
The reason this study is being done is to see if a simple hysterectomy is as good as a radical hysterectomy in preventing cancer of the cervix from returning, and whether, because less tissue surrounding the uterus is removed during surgery, there are fewer side-effects after the surgery and in the long-term.
This is a multi-center study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of belimumab intravenous (IV) in pediatric patients 5 to 17 years of age with active systemic lupus erythematosus
The purpose of the study is to compare how treatment with Fulvestrant (FASLODEX) or Anastrozole (ARIMIDEX) effects disease progression for women with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who have not had prior hormonal treatment.
The goal: to evaluate the role of high dose ara-c plus idarubicin and mitoxantrone consolidation followed by maintenance in the setting of high total cumulative anthracyclines dose(720-660 mg/m2).
