NCT ID: NCT02853604 Terminated - Clinical trials for Advanced Cervical Cancer

Study of ADXS11-001 in Participants With High Risk Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer

AIM2CERV
Start date: December 15, 2015
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Locally advanced cervical cancer at higher risk for recurrence (HRLACC) following concurrent chemotherapy and radiation therapy. This is a group of participants with a significant unmet need. The estimated probability of disease recurrence or death within 4 years of diagnosis is 50% and the prognosis is very grave for those who experience a recurrence. The purpose of the study was to compare the disease free survival (DFS) of ADXS11-001 to placebo administered following cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy and radiation (CCRT) with curative intent in participants with HRLACC.

Start date: November 1, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to allow subjects completing study LYC-30937-2001 the opportunity to receive LYC-30937-EC 25 mg.

NCT ID: NCT02743806 Terminated - Crohn Disease Clinical Trials

NCT ID: NCT02734719 Terminated - Osteoporosis Clinical Trials

Increasing Bone Density by Application of Surface Electrical Stimulation

Start date: October 1, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Bonestim system for osteoporosis treatment uses surface electrical stimulation of neuromuscular and skeletal tissue by multipad stimulation electrodes for inducing contractions of the spinal column muscles. The primary aim of this clinical study is to determine if the Bonestim therapy can improve bone density. A secondary aim is to determine whether the applied treatment increases postural stability and facilitation of daily life activities. Inducing of contractions of the spinal column muscles in this manner could be new treatment options for the patients with reduced mobility and the patients with serious contraindications for drugs.
