There are about 1560 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Serbia. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a Phase Ib, multi-center, open-label, nonrandomized multiple cohorts study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of multiple doses of a combination treatment of GLPG2451 and GLPG2222, with and without GLPG2737, in adult subjects with Cystic Fibrosis.
This is an Open-label, Non-Randomized, Multi-Center Extension Study. Eligible subjects will have previously completed a pegcetacoplan study.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mirikizumab as maintenance therapy in participants who completed as clinical responders in the prior 12-week induction study LUCENT-1 (NCT03518086).
The goal of the study was to ascertain the influence of dental caries and teeth position as well as the type and amount of the applied dental materials (DMs) on the oxidative stress (OS) status in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF).
This study is designed to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of mirikizumab in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC). The study will last up to 3 years. Participants who complete the 3-year study may continue to receive mirikizumab until it is (outside of this study) in their country or until they meet other discontinuation criteria.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Mirikizumab in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) who have had an inadequate response to, loss of response, or intolerant to conventional or biologic therapy for UC.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of ustekinumab in participants with active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who have not adequately responded to one or more standard of care treatments.
Recent literature data suggest beneficial effects of dietary fats in patients with cancers, in particular polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). Fish oil and evening primrose oil provide a high amount of PUFAs and a desirable n-6/n-3 PUFAs ratio.
Approximately 2000 patients eligible for elective treatment with a Carotid Stent according to hospital routine practice in centers across Europe will be enrolled in the study. The maximum number of patients enrolled at each site will be not limited. Follow-ups are scheduled at discharge, 30 days, and 1 year, as per local practice. Each patient will have follow-up contacts via hospital visit and/or telephone.
Primary Objective: To demonstrate that efpeglenatide 4 and 6 mg was noninferior to placebo on 3-point major adverse cardiac events (MACE) in Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) participants at high cardiovascular (CV) risk. Secondary Objectives: To demonstrate that efpeglenatide 4 and 6 mg was superior to placebo in T2DM participants with high CV risk on the following parameters: - 3-point MACE. - Expanded CV outcome. - Composite outcome of new or worsening nephropathy. To assess the safety and tolerability of efpeglenatide 4 and 6 mg, both added to standard of care in T2DM participants at high CV risk.
