The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the treatment effect of vitamin D supplementation and topical fluorides in the population having vitamin D deficiency and Initial Carious Lesions (ICL) on the progression of ICL in teeth. This study aims to observe the changes in the International Caries Detection and Assessment System (ICDAS) scores, the concentration of salivary proteins, and cariogenic microbes, six months after the interventions. - Group A will get vitamin D supplements and oral hygiene instructions (OHI). - Group B will get vitamin D supplements, topical fluorides, and OHI. - Group C (Control), the vitamin D sufficient group will get topical fluorides and OHI.

Symphysis pubic dysfunction is a well-known clinical problem encountered by many females during pregnancy, yet it has not received much attention in the research literature. As pubic symphysis dysfunction at times presents with severe pain while performing day to day activities and also affects significantly on quality of life in antenatal period, but its effective management remains difficult to determine as no standardized treatment protocols are available. This study may add to the growing body of knowledge in the management of SPD, that if the core stability exercise alone or with the pregnancy support belts yield comparable outcomes and if one technique is superior to the other, which should be the alternative choice of therapy.
There have been many studies on the treatment of breast engorgement, there is a lack of research comparing the effectiveness of manual lymph drainage with massage. Therefore, this study will be a randomized controlled trial that aims to compare the effects of manual lymph drainage with massage on breast engorgement, pain, and self efficacy in the postpartum period.
The study will be a randomized clinical trial and will be conducted in Civil Hospital and Kalsoom Hospital Samundry. This study will be completed in time duration of 10 months after the approval of synopsis. Non probability convenience sampling with Randomization technique will be used and 26 participants will be recruited in study after randomization. The subjects will be divided into two groups and the group A will receive Progressive training and Health education and group B will receive only Health education. The data will be assessed at the baseline and after 8th week of treatment. After data collection data will be analyzed by using SPSS version 21.
A randomized controlled trial was conducted at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad after approval from the Institutional ethics review board. Fifty-four surgical residents in training and who have completed at least 3 months of surgical training were enrolled in the study. After the residents had performed the procedure initially, 27 were made to watch the procedural videos and learn the steps of the procedure while those of the other group did not watch the videos. Participants of both the groups were made to perform the procedure. GARS (global assessment rating score) was calculated for each individual during their second procedure. All procedures were performed under the supervision of a consultant surgeon who was blinded about the groups and make assessment of the GARS (global assessment rating score).
To compare the frequency of acute attack and mean pain score ( assessed by visual analog scale) among subjects using either flunarizine or amitriptyline among patients with migraine coming to tertiary care Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan. In this study 84 patients with migraine Age ranged between 18- 60 years, Both genders having 3 or more migraine attacks per month, normal systemic and neurological examination and not having taken any prophylactic medication for the last 4 months will randomly divided into two equal group of 42 subjects each.
