There are about 13332 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Netherlands. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is an open-label, multinational, parallel 2-arm, randomized Phase 3 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of futibatinib versus gemcitabine-cisplatin chemotherapy as first-line treatment of patients with advanced, metastatic, or recurrent unresectable iCCA harboring FGFR2 gene rearrangements
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of a single intravenous infusion of SPK-3006 in adults with clinically moderate, late-onset Pompe disease receiving enzyme replacement therapy (ERT). Participants will be treated in sequential, dose-level cohorts.
The main aim of this study is learn more about long-term TAK-503 treatment in children and teenagers with ADHD for whom earlier stimulant treatment did not work. The study has two parts (A and B). In Part A, participants will take tablets of TAK-503, atomoxetine or placebo and in Part B TAK-503 tablets.
This long-term observational study is designed to follow subjects who, during another Clinical Study, received gene therapy treatment used to treat their Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia (HoFH) disease. This study is intended to follow those subjects for up to 5 years since they received treatment to look for any long-term safety concerns. There is no investigational drug or therapy provided as part of this study.
The aim of this single-center prospective randomized controlled trial is to assess the superiority of contact-force-(CF)-sensing-based approach compared to conventional (non-CF-sensing) approach in the catheter ablation of PSVTs, and to investigate the safety of open-irrigated, contact-force-sensing ablation catheters (used in a "non-irrigated" mode) in these procedures.
The aims of the study are to monitor the long-term safety of durvalumab, to provide continued treatment or retreatment with durvalumab to eligible patients, and to collect overall survival (OS) information.
Aim of the ACTION-1 study is to determine whether ACT guided heparinization decreases thrombo-embolic complications (TEC) and mortality after elective open AAA surgery, without causing more bleeding complications.
Clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Adagio AF Cryoablation System (iCLAS™) in the ablation treatment of symptomatic, persistent atrial fibrillation (PsAF). Data will be used to support a pre-market application (PMA)
Phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a benralizumab in patients with moderate to very severe COPD with a history of frequent COPD exacerbations and elevated peripheral blood eosinophils (≥300/μL). Eligible patients must have a history of ≥2 moderate and/or severe COPD exacerbations in the previous year despite receiving triple (ICS/LABA/LAMA) background therapy for at least 3 months and ICS-based dual inhaled treatment for the remainder of the year. Eligible patients must also have an elevated blood eosinophil count. The treatment period will be of variable duration and will continue until the last patient has the opportunity to complete a minimum of 56 weeks, at which point all patients will complete the study. The primary endpoint will be analyzed at Week 56.
The IMPACT Registry represents a non-interventional, prospective, open-label, multicenter, international registry with a follow-up of 5 years that includes data of patients undergoing aortic valve replacement with the Edwards INSPIRIS RESILIA Aortic Valve™. The IMPACT Registry will be performed in up to 25 participating sites across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. A minimum number of 500 patients (20 patients per center) will be enrolled. Patients will undergo follow-up visits at baseline, surgery, pre-discharge, year 1, year 3 and year 5.
