There are about 13332 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Netherlands. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of [Lu-177]-PNT2002 in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who have progressed following treatment with androgen receptor axis-targeted therapy (ARAT).
The primary objective of the study is to estimate the clinical benefit of cemiplimab + ISA101b after progression on first line chemotherapy, as assessed by objective response rate (ORR). The secondary objectives of the study are: - To characterize the safety profile of cemiplimab + ISA101b - To assess preliminary efficacy of cemiplimab + ISA101b as measured by duration of response (DOR), progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS)
Primary Objective: - To evaluate the long-term safety of BIVV001 in previously treated subjects with hemophilia A Secondary Objectives: - To evaluate the efficacy of BIVV001 as a prophylaxis treatment. - To evaluate the efficacy of BIVV001 in the treatment of bleeding episodes. - To evaluate BIVV001 consumption for prevention and treatment of bleeding episodes. - To evaluate the effect of BIVV001 prophylaxis on joint health outcomes. - To evaluate the effect of BIVV001 prophylaxis on Quality of Life (QoL) outcomes. - To evaluate the safety and tolerability of BIVV001 treatment. - To assess the PK of BIVV001 based on the one stage activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) and two-stage chromogenic FVIII activity assays (only applicable to Arm B). - To evaluate the efficacy of BIVV001 for perioperative management
This study was designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of trastuzumab deruxtecan in HER2-mutated metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) participants who had disease recurrence or progression during/after at least one regimen of prior anticancer therapy (second line or later) that must have contained a platinum-based chemotherapy drug.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the safety and tolerability of single-ascending doses of UCB9741 administered by intravenous infusion or subcutaneous injection to healthy study participants and following repeat dosing at a single dose level in study participants with atopic dermatitis. Furthermore, the clinical efficacy outcome in study participants with atopic dermatitis after administration of UCB9741 by intravenous infusion will be investigated.
A recent study showed that 6 cycles of obinutuzumab when given after at least 1 year of ibrutinib did result in MRD conversion in a significant proportion of patients (50%). The precise influence, timing and interplay of venetoclax, ibrutinib and obinutuzumab on clearance of CLL cells in different compartments (PB, BM, LN), and achievement of uMRD and complete remission (CR) are not well known. Therefore, the investigators set out a study to evaluate whether patients who are not in CR or who have detectable MRD after 12 months of combination treatment with ibrutinib and venetoclax (15 months total treatment including three months ibrutinib lead-in) could be converted into uMRD CR with an additional 6 cycles obinutuzumab in combination with ibrutinib.
The purpose of this trial is to find out if epcoritamab, also known as EPKINLYâ„¢ and GEN3013, is safe and works well as treatment for patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that are not responding to treatment, have grown in size, or have come back following treatment with at least 1 prior systemic cancer therapy. All participants in this trial will be randomly assigned to receive either epcoritamab or a pre-specified investigator's choice (standard of care) chemotherapy (either rituximab + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin [R-GemOx], or bendamustine + rituximab [BR]). Participants must have failed or be ineligible to receive an autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT). Epcoritamab will be injected under the skin. Investigator's choice chemotherapy will be given intravenously. Trial details include: - The trial duration will be up to 5 years. - All trial participants have a 21-day screening period, a treatment period, and a follow-up period that continues until death. - The estimated trial duration for an individual subject depends upon the treatment arm assigned: - Participants who receive epcoritamab will have 28-day treatment cycles. Epcoritamab will be given once weekly for the first 3 months, then every other week for 6 months, then every 28 days until lymphoma progression or unacceptable adverse events. - Participants who receive investigator's choice (standard of care) chemotherapy will receive treatments either: - R-GemOx: On Day 1 (or Day 1 & Day 2), and Day 15 (or Day 15 & Day 16) every 28 days, for up to 4 months; or - BR: On Day 1 and Day 2 every 3 weeks for up to 4.5 months.
The objective of this multicountry, multicentre, prospective study is to evaluate the long-term clinical effectiveness, safety, and performance of the Evoke System in the treatment of chronic pain of the trunk and/or limbs in a real-world population.
Substudy 03B is part of a larger research study that is testing experimental treatments for renal cell carcinoma (RCC). The larger study is the umbrella study (U03). The goal of substudy 03B is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of experimental combinations of investigational agents in participants with advanced second line plus (2L+) clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). This substudy will have two phases: a safety lead-in phase and an efficacy phase. The safety lead-in phase will be used to demonstrate a tolerable safety profile for the combination of investigational agents. There will be no hypothesis testing in this study.
Substudy 03A is part of a larger research study that is testing experimental treatments for renal cell carcinoma (RCC). The larger study is the umbrella study (U03). The goal of substudy 03A is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of experimental combinations of investigational agents in participants with advanced first line (1L) clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). This substudy will have two phases: a safety lead-in phase and an efficacy phase. The safety lead-in phase will be used to demonstrate a tolerable safety profile for the combination of investigational agents. There will be no hypothesis testing in this study.
