InVITE is funded by NIAID and is conducted in multiple international sites (approximately 20 sites across 7 countries). This is a study of adults who receive locally available COVID-19 vaccines through local vaccination programs. Persons will be enrolled within one day (before or after) of receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine. The study will enroll participants who receive COVID-19 vaccination at local clinics and/or study sites.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of vericiguat in participants with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), specifically those with symptomatic chronic HFrEF who have not had a recent hospitalization for heart failure or need for outpatient intravenous (IV) diuretics. The primary hypothesis is that vericiguat is superior to placebo in reducing the risk of cardiovascular death or heart failure hospitalization.

A Phase III, Open-Label Study of Maintenance Lurbinectedin in Combination With Atezolizumab Compared With Atezolizumab in Participants With Extensive-Stage Small-Cell Lung Cancer

Study GO43104 is a Phase III, randomized, open-label, multicenter study of lurbinectedin in combination with atezolizumab compared with atezolizumab alone administered as maintenance therapy in participants with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) after first-line induction therapy with carboplatin, etoposide, and atezolizumab. The study consists of 2 phases: an induction phase and a maintenance phase. Participants need to have an ongoing response or stable disease per the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumor (RECIST) v1.1 criteria after completion of 4 cycles of carboplatin, etoposide, and atezolizumab induction treatment in order to be considered for eligibility screening for the maintenance phase. Eligible participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either lurbinectedin plus atezolizumab or atezolizumab in the maintenance phase.

Early diagnosis of LC in the asymptomatic stage through intentional screening programs and/or incidental pulmonary nodule identification and follow-up are known to improve outcomes significantly. There are large gaps in the screening and early detection of LC, especially in LMIC - driven by multifactorial aspects, including a variety of socioeconomic and infrastructural factors, mainly due to limitations in the required network of specialized human resources and technical capacity. Identifying LC at an early stage allows for treatment that is more likely to be curative, thereby improving survival. The present study aims to characterize the lung nodule journey in different hospitals/clinics across Latin America, describing the use of health resources, time to diagnosis, stage at diagnosis, and time to treatment depending on the source of nodule identification in two different cohorts (retrospective and prospective).

The purpose of AROAPOC3-3001 is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ARO-APOC3 plozasiran) in adult participants with familial chylomicronemia syndrome (FCS). Participants who have met all eligibility criteria will be randomized to receive 4 doses of plozasiran or matching placebo administered subcutaneously. Participants who complete the randomized period will continue in a 2-year open-label extension period where all participants will receive plozasiran.
