This study is an open label phase 2 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Lenvatinib with Pembrolizumab or Lenvatinib, Pembrolizumab and FLOT in the neoadjuvant / adjuvant treatment for Patients with Gastric Cancer.
This study consists of a phase 1 part and a phase 2 part. Phase 1 part: This is a phase 1, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of bosutinib to determine the maximum tolerated dose(MTD) and a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of bosutinib for treatment of ALS patients. Also, efficacy will be evaluated exploratory. Phase 2 part: This is an open label, multicenter, phase 2 part whose purpose is to evaluate the efficacy exploratorily and the long-term (for 24 weeks) safety of bosutinib for the treatment of ALS patients.
Rotablation with or without other calcium debulking therapies is a safe adjunctive procedure for patients with severe coronary calcification requiring Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI).
The main aim of the study is to learn if 4-weekly vedolizumab improves symptoms of Japanese participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's disease (CD). Vedolizumab is commercially available in Japan for 8-weekly treatment but not for 4-weekly treatment. The study doctors will also monitor side effects from the study treatment. This study will take place in Japan. At the first visit, the study doctor will check if each person can take part. For those who can take part, participants will receive vedolizumab intravenously once every 4 weeks. After 3 infusions of vedolizumab (which will be 12 weeks of treatment), the study doctor will assess if symptoms of the participants have improved. Participants who do not have improved symptoms after 12 weeks of treatment with vedolizumab will stop this treatment. Then, they will visit the study clinic 16 weeks after their last infusion of vedolizumab for a final check-up. Participants who have improved symptoms after 12 weeks of treatment with vedolizumab will continue to receive vedolizumab every 4 weeks. Then, after their last infusion of vedolizumab, the participants will visit the study clinic 16 weeks later for a final check-up. Finally, the study clinic will make a phone call to each participant 6 months after their last infusion to check if they have any health problems.
The primary hypotheses are that coformulated pembrolizumab/vibostolimab is superior to pembrolizumab alone with respect to (1) overall survival (OS) in participants with programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) tumor proportion score (TPS) ≥50%, TPS ≥1% and TPS 1% to 49%; and (2) progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) 1.1 by blinded independent central review (BICR), in participants with PD-L1 TPS ≥1% and TPS ≥50%.

Perioperative pulmonary complications such as atelectasis, hypoxemia, and pneumonia after ventilatory management during general anesthesia have a negative impact on patient outcomes. The possibility of reducing perioperative pulmonary complications by lung recruitment, which uses positive pressure to prevent alveolar collapse, has been reported. Although laparoscopic surgery, which has been widely performed in recent years, can reduce the invasiveness of the operation, it is prone to alveolar collapse due to increased abdominal pressure and diaphragm elevation. The purpose of this study is to verify whether the lung recruitment during laparoscopic surgery in Trendelenburg head-down position prevents hypoxemia due to lung collapse.
After vonoprazan (20mg/day) or esomeprazole (20mg/day) for 4weeks is prescribed for patients with erosive esophagitis diagnosed by esophagogastroduodenoscopy, the number of patients who will visit our outpatient clinic again due to some reasons without any appointments is compared with vonoprazan group and esomeprazole.
