Study With Elranatamab Versus Lenalidomide in Patients With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma After Transplant

MagnetisMM-7
Start date: March 25, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether elranatamab monotherapy can provide clinical benefit compared to lenalidomide monotherapy (control) in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma after undergoing autologous stem cell transplant. In Part 1 and Part 2 of the study, participants in the study will either receive elranatamab (arm A and C) as an injection under the skin at the study clinic or lenalidomide orally once daily at home (arm B). Participation in the study will be approximately five years

NCT ID: NCT05313308 Recruiting - Epilepsy Clinical Trials

A Survey of Midazolam in People With Status Epilepticus

Start date: June 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study is a survey in Japan of midazolam oromucosal solution used to treat people with status epilepticus. The study sponsor will not be involved in how the participants are treated but will provide instructions on how the clinics will record what happens during the study. The main aim of the study is to check for side effects related from midazolam oromucosal solution and to check if midazolam oromucosal solution improves symptoms of status epilepticus. During the study, participants with status epilepticus will take midazolam oromucosal solution according to their clinic's standard practice. The study doctors will check for side effects from midazolam for 6 months.

NCT ID: NCT05308329 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Coronary Syndrome

Kitasato PCI Registry

Start date: February 1, 2012
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The Kitasato PCI Registry is a single-center, observational, prospective study. This study aims to investigate the impact of characteristics in clinical manifestation, patients' background, procedure of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and pre/post PCI culprit/nonculprit lesion observed by intra-coronary imaging modality on clinical outcomes.

NCT ID: NCT05307705 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of LOXO-783 in Patients With Breast Cancer/Other Solid Tumors

PIKASSO-01
Start date: May 11, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety, side effects, and effectiveness of LOXO-783. LOXO-783 may be used to treat breast cancer and other solid tumors that have a change in a particular gene (known as the PIK3CA gene). Participation could last up to 36 months (3 years) and possibly longer if the disease does not get worse.

NCT ID: NCT05306418 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Haemophilia A With or Without Inhibitors

A Research Study Looking at Mim8 in Children With Haemophilia A With or Without Inhibitors

Start date: April 4, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is looking at how Mim8 works compared to other medicines in children with haemophilia A, who either have inhibitors or do not have inhibitors. Mim8 is a new medicine that will be used for prevention of bleeds. Mim8 will be injected with a thin needle into the skin. The study will last for about 54-98 weeks, from screening to follow-up visit, In case the participant experiences bleeds, these can be treated with additional haemostatic medicine as agreed with the study doctor.

NCT ID: NCT05306340 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Estrogen Receptor (ER)-Positive, HER2-negative, Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer

A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Giredestrant Plus Everolimus Compared With The Physician's Choice of Endocrine Therapy Plus Everolimus in Participants With Estrogen Receptor-Positive, HER2-Negative, Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer (evERA Breast Cancer)

Start date: August 3, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This Phase III, randomized, open-label, multicenter study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of giredestrant plus everolimus compared with the physician's choice of endocrine therapy plus everolimus in participants with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who have had previous treatment with cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitors (CDK4/6is) and endocrine therapy, either in the locally advanced/metastatic or the adjuvant setting.

NCT ID: NCT05298423 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

Study of Pembrolizumab/Vibostolimab (MK-7684A) in Combination With Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy Followed by Pembrolizumab/Vibostolimab Versus Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy Followed by Durvalumab in Participants With Stage III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (MK-7684A-006/KEYVIBE-006)

Start date: May 3, 2022
