NCT ID: NCT05672576 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Lupus Erythematosus, Systemic

A Research Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Cenerimod in Subjects Suffering From Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

OPUS-2
Start date: June 26, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematous in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: - How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. - How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered. In this research study approximately 210 participants will receive cenerimod and approximately 210 participants will receive placebo for 12 months.

NCT ID: NCT05661578 Recruiting - Clinical trials for PD-L1-selected Solid Tumors

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Pharmacokinetics of the Intravenous Fixed-Dose Combination (IV FDC) of Tiragolumab and Atezolizumab in Participants With Locally Advanced, Recurrent or Metastatic Solid Tumors

SKYSCRAPER-11
Start date: May 4, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of tiragolumab and atezolizumab intravenous fixed-dose combination (IV FDC) in participants with histologically confirmed PD-L1-selected solid tumors whose disease is locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic and for whom an investigational agent in combination with an anti-PD-L1 antibody is considered an acceptable treatment option.

NCT ID: NCT05639192 Terminated - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Asunercept for the Treatment of Patients With Moderate to Severe COVID-19 Disease

ASUCOV
Start date: November 3, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This clincial trial is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III trial in hospitalized patients with moderate to severe COVID-19 corresponding to score 5 or 6 on the WHO 10-point clinical progression scale (Grade 0-10). The investigational drug (APG101; International Nonproprietary Name: asunercept) will be given at a dose of 100 mg intravenously (i.v.) once weekly for a period of 4 weeks (1 dose each on d1, d8, d15, and d22) in addition to the treatment recommended by international, national, or local treatment guidelines (SoC) and will be compared with the control arm (i.e., SoC + placebo).

NCT ID: NCT05635708 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study of Tislelizumab in Combination With Investigational Agents in Participants With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: March 7, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the antitumor activity, safety, and tolerability of tislelizumab plus investigational agent(s) with or without chemotherapy. This study is structured as a master protocol with separate sub- studies. Sub-study 1 includes participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with high programmed cell death protein ligand-1 (PD-L1) expression (≥ 50%), and Sub-study 2 includes participants with NSCLC with low or negative (PD-L1) expression (< 50%).

NCT ID: NCT05611931 Recruiting - Endometrial Cancer Clinical Trials

Selinexor in Maintenance Therapy After Systemic Therapy for Participants With p53 Wild-Type, Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial Carcinoma

XPORT-EC-042
Start date: April 18, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of selinexor as a maintenance treatment in patients with p53 wt endometrial carcinoma (EC), who have achieved a partial response (PR) or complete response (CR) (per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 [RECIST v 1.1]) after completing at least 12 weeks of platinum-based therapy. A total of 220 participants will be enrolled in the study and randomized in a 1:1 ratio to maintenance therapy with either selinexor or placebo.

NCT ID: NCT05608291 Recruiting - Melanoma Clinical Trials

A Trial to See if the Combination of Fianlimab With Cemiplimab Works Better Than Pembrolizumab for Preventing or Delaying Melanoma From Coming Back After it Has Been Removed With Surgery

Start date: January 16, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with an approved medication called pembrolizumab. The objective of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is an effective treatment compared to pembrolizumab in patients that have had melanoma removal surgery but are still at high risk for the recurrence of the disease. Pembrolizumab is an approved treatment in some countries in this clinical setting. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: - What side effects may happen from receiving the study drugs. - How much study drug is in the blood at different times. - Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects). Antibodies are proteins that are naturally found in the blood stream that fight infections. - How administering the study drugs might improve quality of life.
