NCT ID: NCT04820842 Terminated - Clinical trials for Narcolepsy Type 1 (NT 1)

A Study of TAK-994 in Adults With Narcolepsy

Start date: April 30, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Adults with narcolepsy who have completed the TAK-994-1501 study will be able to take part in this study. The main aim of this study is to check if participants have side effects from TAK-994. Participants will take one of 3 different TAK-994 dose for 8 weeks. Then, half the participants will continue with their dose of TAK-994 and half will take a placebo. In this study, a placebo will look like a TAK-994 tablet but will not have any medicine in it. Participants will take TAK-994 or placebo for 4 weeks. Participants will visit the clinic for a final check-up 2 weeks after their last dose of TAK-994 or placebo. The study doctors will check for side effects from TAK-994 and placebo throughout the study. Participants will continue to record any narcolepsy symptoms as they did in Part B of the TAK 994-1501 study.

A Study of Sabatolimab in Combination With Azacitidine and Venetoclax in High or Very High Risk MDS Participants

STIMULUS-MDS3
Start date: May 31, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study was to find out if the new drug sabatolimab when given in combination with azacitidine and venetoclax, was safe and had beneficial effects in participants with high or very high risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) who were not suitable for treatment with intensive chemotherapy or a stem-cell transplant (HSCT).

NCT ID: NCT04805203 Terminated - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Analysis of the Immune Parameters of COVID-19 Infection in Patients With Multiple Myeloma

Covimmunomm
Start date: December 16, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Among all MM patients included in the cohort at the time of diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection, blood samples will be collected at inclusion, at time of the infection acute phase in the most severe cases (when admitted in intensive care units), and at recovery. The following immune function tests will be evaluated, gammaglobulin measurements, lymphocytes counts, B, T, and NK cells analyses by cytometry, including exhaustion analyses. In addition, T cell repertoire sequencing looking for SARS-CoV-2- specific T cells, and serologies, will be evaluated at recovery and 6 months after MM treatment re-initiation.

NCT ID: NCT04803396 Terminated - no Condition Clinical Trials

Ascending Dose Tolerability Trial and PK Assessment in Healthy Volunteers After Single & Multiple Oral Intake of DF2755A

Start date: November 15, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Primary objective: •To evaluate the tolerability and safety of ascending single doses of DF2755A in healthy adult male and female volunteers. Secondary Objectives: - To determine the pharmacokinetics parameters of DF2755A - To establish a dose concentration-response relationship over a wide range of doses in order to select a narrower range of dose and dosing regimen to be subsequently studied in patients after single administration - To evaluate the effect of ascending single doses on the pharmacodynamics parameters - To compare metabolites pathway in Human with the one observed in animals Please note that the study has been closed after Part A (single ascending doses), so all the objectives were revised accordingly.

NCT ID: NCT04802265 Terminated - Epiretinal Membrane Clinical Trials

EpiRetinal Membrane Peeling and Internal Limiting Membrane

ERMP&ILM
Start date: May 21, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To study and compare visual acuity in patients undergoing removal of the epiretinal membrane with and without the removal of the internal limiting membrane at baseline versus 6 month.

NCT ID: NCT04796272 Terminated - Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trials

Role of Individualized Versus Traditional Exercise in Combating Fatigue

REEN-SEP
Start date: April 2, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this project will be to characterise the benefits of an exercise programme adapted to each individual's abilities compared to a traditional exercise programme with the aim of reducing perceived fatigue and improving the quality of life of Patients with multiple sclerosis.

NCT ID: NCT04789707 Terminated - Clinical trials for Keratoconus in One or Two Eyes for Case

Influence of Keratoconus on Stress at Work

KERATOSTRESS
Start date: May 4, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Keratoconus is a progressive disorder in which central and paracentral corneal stromal thinning occurs. No studies evaluated the influence of keratoconus on stress at work, nor the influence of treatments of keratoconus on stress at work, including Quality of Life at work and on perception of work. Moreover, it has been shown that some pathologies had greater influence in some occupations, also depending on other characteristics of individuals such as age, sex or socio professional groups. Therefore, we hypothesized that keratoconus 1) will influence stress at work including QoL at work and perception of work, 2) will have a greater influence in some occupations and depending on age, sex, or stage of keratoconus, 3) will induce stoppage of work and occupational reclassifications.

NCT ID: NCT04789408 Terminated - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

NCT ID: NCT04785547 Terminated - Clinical trials for Minimal Residual Disease

ALL SCTped 2012 FORUM Add-on Study Blina Post HSCT

Start date: December 17, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

An add-on phase II trial within the ALL SCTped 2012 FORUM with the primary objective to determine whether the use of Blincyto in paediatric patients with B-lineage ALL and pre- and/or post-transplant MRD could induce MRD-negativity in patients who were MRD-positive before and/or after allogeneic HSCT. The study protocol entitled "A Phase II Study of Blincyto (Blinatumomab) in Children with CD19+ B-lineage Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and Minimal Residual Disease (MRD)-Positivity before or following first Allogeneic Hematopoetic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) in complete remission (CR1, CR2, CR3)" was included in the ALL SCTped 2012 FORUM Protocol Appendix 1b. According to protocol, 15 mcg/m2/day of Blincyto is given in continuous intravenous infusion over a 28-day cycle. Starting day for patients who are MRD-positive before HSCT is between day +60 and day +100 and for patients who become MRD-positive post HSCT it is between day +60 and day +360 post HSCT. Patients are evaluated for response at day +28 (+4 days) (bone marrow morphology and MRD analysis - defined by PCR/FLOW-techniques) after start of Blincyto-treatment at the end of first Blincyto infusion and at regular post-TX-checks (according to FORUM: days +28, +60, +100, +180 and +360 after HSCT). The protocol was approved in 10 countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Norway, Poland, Slovakia and Spain) participating ALL SCTped 2012 FORUM study. Overall, 3 patients were treated with Blincyto (2 in Oslo and 1 in Copenhagen). However, the Investigator Initiated Research Agreement was terminated by Amgen on 26 April 2022, leading to an early termination of the study, which was approved with the last protocol amendment.
