NCT ID: NCT06347341 Terminated - Clinical trials for The Objective is to Confirm the Role of Gluten in Triggering the Digestive and Extradigestive Symptoms of NCGS

GlutN : Randomized, Double-blind, Crossover Clinical Trial to Confirm the Role of Gluten in Non-celiac Gluten Sensitivity

GLUTN
Start date: October 27, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

For 25 years, non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) has been the subject of very prolific and confusing scientific literature. This clinical entity is defined by the appearance of digestive and extradigestive symptoms in the hours/days following the consumption of foods containing gluten, in the absence of celiac disease (CD) and wheat allergy (WA). The physiopathological mechanisms, neither allergic or autoimmune, remain poorly defined and no The main objective of the study was to demonstrate the role of gluten in triggering digestive symptoms and extradigestive products from the NCGS. The secondary objectives were to identify the pathophysiological mechanisms and diagnostic marker(s).usable diagnostic marker in the clinic has not yet been identified.

NCT ID: NCT06082843 Terminated - Liver Cirrhosis Clinical Trials

A Study to Test Whether Avenciguat Helps People With Liver Cirrhosis and High Blood Pressure in the Portal Vein (Main Vessel Going to the Liver) Who Had Bleeding in the Esophagus or Fluid Accumulation in the Belly

Start date: January 3, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is open to adults with advanced liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B, hepatitis C, alcohol-related liver disease, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis or other causes. People can join the study if they have high blood pressure in the portal vein (main vessel going to the liver) and bleeding in the esophagus or fluid accumulation in the belly. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called avenciguat helps people with this condition. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. One group takes avenciguat tablets and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like avenciguat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet twice a day for 8 weeks. Participants are in the study for 2 to 3 months. During this time, they visit the study site regularly. At 2 of the visits, the doctors check the pressure in the liver vein by inserting a catheter (a long thin tube) that gives information about pressure in the portal vein. The change in blood pressure is then compared between the 2 groups to see whether the treatment works. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.

NCT ID: NCT06024174 Terminated - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to find a safe, tolerable, and efficacious dose of BMS-986466 when given orally, in combination with adagrasib with or without cetuximab in participants with advanced KRAS G12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancer (BTC), or colorectal cancer (CRC).

NCT ID: NCT06017427 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps

Evaluation of Patient Satisfaction During Treatment With Dupilumab in Severe and Recurrent Nasosinusal Polyposis Despite Appropriate Medical and Surgical Treatment.

Dupi-PNS
Start date: August 30, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) or nasal polyposis is a frequent disease leading to a decreased quality of life. The validated course of treatment is firstly a medical one with saline irrigations and topical corticosteroids, followed by surgery (ethmoidectomy) if the medical treatment fails. In many cases, CRSwNP becomes a recurrent disease despite maximal treatment as previously indicated and it becomes refractory, with a chronically reduced quality of life. New treatments known as Biologics or Biotherapies in France such as Dupilumab are now available in situations of severe recurrent CRSwNP despite the appropriate treatment. The goal of this study is to assess the clinical effectiveness of Dupilumab and patient satisfaction, in a cohort of french patients, focusing on the change in quality of life that is expected from said treatment, over a period of one year. Patients will undergo 6 months of treatment with Dupilumab, the treatment will then be stopped for the next 6 months. The primary judgment criteria will be the SNOT 22 score, measured before treatment, after 6 months of treatment, and 6 months after stopping treatment, over a telephonic conversation.

NCT ID: NCT05932667 Terminated - Clinical trials for Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer

Milademetan and Fulvestrant in GATA3-mutant, ER+HER- Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer

DEMETER
Start date: October 12, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single arm, multicentric phase II study of milademetan plus fulvestrant in patients with ER+, HER2- ABC harboring GATA3 mutation(s) in the tumor and/or in ctDNA who have progressed on or after prior treatments including a CDK4/6 inhibitor. Frameshift or truncating GATA3 mutations will be identified by next generation sequencing (NGS) performed on either tissue or circulating DNA. Given the well-known safety profile of fulvestrant and the absence of significant toxicity expected from the association of fulvestrant and milademetan, a safety run-in is planned. During the course of the study, the Steering Committee will specifically review the occurrence of toxicities defined as DLTs in the safety run-in.

NCT ID: NCT05920408 Terminated - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumours

NCT ID: NCT05875935 Terminated - Glioma Clinical Trials

Assessment of Awake Surgery With Electrocorticographic Recordings in the Management of Gliomas and Correlation With Imaging Data (ECoG)

ECoG
Start date: December 17, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study proposes to analyze data from intraoperative ECoG recordings acquired during wakefulness interventions in order to identify the connection networks involved in cognitive functions. This study also proposes to correlate the ECoG data with the imaging data and to analyze the disturbances of the electrophysiological signals induced by the cortical and subcortical brain lesions: this will make it possible to establish a more detailed mapping of the tumor areas and to compare disturbances recorded to those recorded in healthy areas. Thus, this approach should make it possible to improve the quality of excision of glial lesions located in eloquent areas, while reducing the risk of neurological sequelae and thus improve the survival and quality of life of patients.
