This controlled, non-randomized study (n=180) explores how participating in rehabilitation services for family caregivers affects the caregivers' mood, perceived quality of life, perceived burden of family care, and overall health. Rehabilitation services for family caregivers funded by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) include two 5-day periods of face-to-face rehabilitation and a 12-week telerehabilitation period, which is based on The Own Path internet intervention and takes place between the face-to-face rehabilitation periods. The observed changes are compared to participating in two other services: 1) Social Holidays for family caregivers and 2) Kela's rehabilitation services for family caregivers and the family members they are caring for (care recipients).

- This is a multi-center, open-label, Phase 2 treatment extension study in participants with multiple myeloma who are still benefitting from isatuximab based therapy following completion of a Phase 1, 2, or 3 parental study. - This Treatment Extension study has the purpose to provide continued access to isatuximab. Adult participants with multiple myeloma who have enrolled on an isatuximab parental study for which study objectives are completed will be eligible to be enrolled in this Treatment Extension study. - The primary objective of the study is to assess long-term safety of isatuximab as study treatment.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the efficacy of adjuvant therapies in women with stage I-II molecular integrated high-intermediate or high-risk endometrial carcinoma. Specifically, the invesigators want to compare: - Chemotherapy vs. chemoradiotherapy in p53 abn subtype and nonendometrioid carcinomas. - Vaginal brachytherapy vs. whole pelvic radiotherapy in the MMR-D molecular subgroup. - Vaginal brachytherapy vs. whole pelvic radiotherapy in the NSMP molecular subgroup.

The co-primary objectives of the study are to: - Evaluate the efficacy of rocatinlimab compared with placebo at Week 24, assessed using Validated Investigator's Global Assessment for Atopic Dermatitis (vIGA-AD). - Evaluate the efficacy of rocatinlimab compared with placebo at Week 24, assessed using Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI).
The PRESC1SE-MI study compares two algorithms for triage of patients presenting with chest pain and symptoms of heart attack (myocardial infarction) to the emergency department. Both algorithms are recommended by the European Society of Cardiology: the 0/3-hour algorithm and the 0/1-hour algorithm. Currently, most emergency departments worldwide use the 0/3-hour troponin algorithm. Cardiac troponin (cTn) is a heart-specific biomarker which indicates damage of the heart muscle and which increases after a heart attack. In the 0/3-hour algorithm, the amount of troponin in the bloodstream is measured with a high-sensitivity assay at admission and 3 hours thereafter. Likewise, the 0/1-hour algorithm means that the blood sample in which the troponin is measured is collected at admission and 1 hour later. Since recent clinical studies suggest that the 0/1-hour algorithm is superior to the 0/3-hour algorithm, many hospitals consider switching to the 0/1-hour algorithm. The aim of this study is to assess how feasible the time-saving 0/1-hour algorithm would be in reality and whether it provides the same accuracy and safety in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction as the current practice the 0/3-hour algorithm.
The aim of our study is to investigate changes of brain perfusion and elasticity in neonates during the time that a neonate is adapting to live outside the womb and during diseases that are suspected to affect neonatal brain perfusion. We use contrast enhanced ultrasound (sulphur hexafluoride) and ultrasound-assisted elastography to evaluate the state of brain perfusion. We will study neonates recruited from the Neonatal Units of Turku University Hospital.
