NCT ID: NCT05422001 Terminated - Opioid Use Clinical Trials

Low-dose KETamine as an Adjunct to MOrphine for Acute Pain in the ED

KetMo
Start date: May 31, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The KetMo study is an investigator-initiated, randomized, parallel group, double blinded trial investigating if ketamine as an adjunct to morphine improves pain treatment in the ED. Patients in pain (assessed on NRS, 5 or more) will be randomized to low-dose ketamine or placebo as an adjunct to morphine. Patients with or without prior use of opioids will be randomized separately. The primary outcome will be pain reduction, assessed on NRS, after 10 minutes. Secondary outcomes include pain reduction until 120 minutes after injection of study medicine, need for rescue opioid, side effects and patient- and provider satisfaction.

NCT ID: NCT05394350 Terminated - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

A Study of MK-1088 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (MK-1088-002)

Start date: July 7, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of MK-1088 in monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors who have not responded to conventional therapy. The effect of MK-1088 on tumor size will also be examined.

NCT ID: NCT05300074 Terminated - Clinical trials for Inspiratory Muscle Training

Equivalence Test of Two Different Inspiratory Muscle Training Protocols: a Randomised Controlled Trial

Start date: January 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to investigate if six weeks of high intensity Inspiratory Muscle Training (IMT) performed two times a week has the same effect as five times a week in hospitalized patients with first time Spinal Cord Injury (SCI). Design/ methods: A Randomised controlled trial (RCT) including 60 patients, with reduced Maximal Inspiration Pressure (MIP) will be recruited at two specialized SCI centers in Denmark. Primary outcome is MIP after six weeks of training. Secondary outcome will be reported on Rating Perceived Exertion (RPE), voice performance, Quality Of Life (QOL)and sleep quality. Furthermore, long term follow-up at 12 months after start of intervention will also be performed.

NCT ID: NCT05267574 Terminated - Clinical trials for Primary Mitochondrial Myopathy

An Open Label, Long Term Safety Study of REN001 in Primary Mitochondrial Myopathy Patients (Stride Ahead)

Start date: February 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is designed to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of REN001 administered once daily to subjects with PMM due to mitochondrial DNA mutations (mtDNA-PMM) or nuclear DNA mutations (nDNA-PMM). Subjects with mtDNA mutations will have previously completed Study REN001-201 or participated in Study REN001-101. Subjects with nDNA mutations who enroll in this study will be REN001- naïve.

NCT ID: NCT05223673 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Phase 3 Study of Futuximab/Modotuximab in Combination With Trifluridine/Tipiracil Versus Trifluridine/Tipiracil Single Agent in Participants With Previously Treated Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

COLSTAR
Start date: April 21, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized phase III study with a safety lead-in part in patients with KRAS/ NRAS and BRAF Wild Type metastatic colorectal cancer who have previously received treatment with oxaliplatin, irinotecan, fluoropyrimidines, anti-VEGF agents and anti-EGFR antibodies. The main objective of the safety lead-in part is to assess safety and tolerability of futuximab/modotuximab in combination with trifluridine/tipiracil. The primary objective of the phase III part is to compare Overall Survival of futuximab/modotuximab in combination with trifluridine/tipiracil vs trifluridine/tipiracil monotherapy in patients with tumours that are KRAS/NRAS and BRAF wild-type (WT).

NCT ID: NCT05222269 Terminated - CNS Lymphoma Clinical Trials

[68Ga]Ga-PentixaFor PET Imaging in CNS Lymphoma Patients

Start date: October 5, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This will be an open, single-arm, international, multicentre, phase II imaging study to assess the predictive value of [68Ga]Ga PentixaFor PET imaging in primary and isolated secondary central nervous system lymphoma (CNSL) patients scheduled to undergo induction chemotherapy.
