NCT ID: NCT04380636 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

Study of Pembrolizumab With Concurrent Chemoradiation Therapy Followed by Pembrolizumab With or Without Olaparib in Stage III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (MK-7339-012/KEYLYNK-012)

Start date: July 6, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by either pembrolizumab with olaparib placebo (Arm 1) or with olaparib (Arm 2) compared to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab (Arm 3) in participants with unresectable, locally advanced NSCLC. Arms 1 and 2 will be studied in a double-blind design and Arm 3 will be open-label. The primary hypotheses are: 1. Pembrolizumab with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by pembrolizumab with olaparib is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) 2. Pembrolizumab with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by pembrolizumab is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab with respect to PFS and OS

NCT ID: NCT04354688 Active, not recruiting - Edentulous Jaw Clinical Trials

T3 Certain Tapered With DCD vs T3 Certain Tapered Non-DCD

Apple
Start date: October 19, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This will be a prospective, randomized multicenter study to determine the safety and efficacy of the T3 Certain Tapered with DCD as compared to T3 Certain Tapered without DCD. All implants will be placed in the maxilla or mandible in a single stage manner and loaded with prosthesis after 6 weeks of healing. Final restorations will take place no later than 4 months following implant placement surgery. The implants will be evaluated yearly for 2 years.

PHOENYCS GO
Start date: August 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ability of dapirolizumab pegol (DZP) as an add-on treatment to standard of care (SOC) medication to achieve clinically relevant long term improvement of moderate to severe disease activity.

NCT ID: NCT04278417 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

Study of Efficacy and Safety of Brolucizumab Versus Panretinal Photocoagulation Laser in Patients With Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

CONDOR
