Observational, multi-centre, prospective study to investigate the feasibility of centralized TDM of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin in MDR-TB patients by determining turn-around time between sampling and receiving dosing advice. In addition, the effect of TDM will be evaluated by comparing treatment results of prospective patients receiving TDM with historical controls without TDM.

Whether the administration of Bortezomib in patients with B-precursor ALL with initial WBC≥100,000/µl will improve treatment outcome? 6. Whether the administration of Idarubicin instead Daunorubicin in low-risk T-ALL patients and two-phase induction in intermediate-risk T-ALL patients will reduce relapse rate and improve survival?
This study (study ID PAC203 North America; PAC303 ex-North America) is evaluating 200 mg BID of pacritinib compared to physician's choice (P/C) therapy in patients with MF and severe thrombocytopenia (platelet count <50,000/μL). To evaluate whether retrograde caval reperfusion of liver graft could be superior over antegrade portal reperfusion in regard of incidence and severity of early allograft liver dysfunction. All eligible enrolled liver transplant candidates will be randomized to receive either: 1. retrograde caval, followed by sequential portal-arterial, reperfusion or 2. antegrade, sequential portal-arterial reperfusion.
The purpose of this study is to compare three different revascularization strategies in patients with multi-vessel coronary disease: MICS CABG, OPCABG and ONCABG. The study hypothesis: MICS CABG (Minimally invasive cardiac surgery coronary artery bypass grafting) has advantages in comparison with conventional off-pump (OPCABG) and on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (ONCABG) concerning major adverse cardiac and cerebral events (MACCE) and procedural success.
The ALL SCTped 2012 FORUM is a multinational, multi-centre, controlled, prospective phase III study for the therapy and therapy optimisation for children and adolescents with ALL in complete morphological remission (CR, less than 5% bone marrow blasts, no blasts in cerebrospinal fluid, no other extramedullary leukemia), who have an indication for HSCT with a myeloablative conditioning regimen. The stratification of patients in first and following remissions according to the individual transplantation modalities rests upon an indication for allogeneic HSCT and the availability of a suitable donor within the individual transplantation groups.
