There are about 13446 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Belgium. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a multicenter, open label extension study evaluating the safety of Patidegib Topical Gel, 2%, applied topically twice daily to the face of adult subjects with Gorlin syndrome.
Specific aim: To compare inositol and the golden standard first line treatment of ovulation induction, namely clomiphene citrate.
The study will investigate the efficacy and safety compared to placebo and the safety compared to ustekinumab of brodalumab in adolescents with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The study will also investigate if brodalumab affects development of vaccination-induced immune responses. The study will run over 62-64 weeks (including screening, treatment, and safety follow-up) for each participant, but with the primary endpoint measured at Week 12.
This study aims to investigate whether intrapulmonary percussive ventilation (IPV) in combination with active breathing exercises using the flow-based incentive spirometer (Inspirix) has a positive effect on the respiratory values in people with multiple sclerosis (MS).
The study objective is to demonstrate safety of the NR 600 System, and to evaluate the performance of the device in restoring visual activity of daily living in subjects with retinal degenerative diseases and severe visual impairment
This study evaluates the efficacy, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of once daily SJX-653 in postmenopausal women with moderate to severe VMS.
Painful bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis (PBS/IC)is a disease of unknown origin with a significant impact on the quality of life. Next to oral treatment with tricyclic antidepressants or pentosan polysulphate, intravesical treatment can be used as well. The purpose of this treatment is to restore the protective lining of the bladder that consists of glycan structures (GAG). Currently only dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) is FDA approved for this. Several other compounds have been introduced. We want to compare a solution of chondroitin sulphate 2% with the standard DMSO solution. We will compare the patient perception of benefit, but also pain scores, quality of life and micturition diaries.
The purpose of this randomized study is to assess safety and effectiveness of BMS-986263 in adults with compensated cirrhosis (chronic liver disease) from nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (fatty liver disease) (NASH).
Dogs belonging to MDD will be trained and asked to discriminate between odour sweat samples from epilepsy patients associated with a seizure ("seizure sample") and samples collected when no seizure was close in time ("non-seizure sample"). The same type positive and negative sweat samples will be analysed by Florida International University using solid phase micro extraction (SPME) GC-MS to try to identify volatile organic components (VOC) specific to the samples associated with seizures.
The purpose of this phase I/Ib study was to determine the safety profile of NIZ985 (new formulation), and if it could be safely combined with spartalizumab or tislelizumab and to determine the appropriate dose and schedule for further study. Moreover, the study characterized the pharmacokinetic profiles of NIZ985 as a single agent and in combination with spartalizumab or tislelizumab and identified preliminary anti-tumor activity.
