This is a Phase 2, multicenter, open-label, extension (OLE) study to evaluate the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of infigratinib, an FGFR 1-3-selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor, in subjects with ACH who previously completed a QED-sponsored interventional study, and potentially in additional subjects who are naïve to infigratinib treatment. Quality of Life assessments for this subject population will also be evaluated. Treatment-naïve subjects must have at least a 6-month period of growth assessment in the PROPEL study (Protocol QBGJ398 001) and will be enrolled in this OLE study only after a dose to be explored further is identified in Phase 2 Study QBGJ398-201.

Recovery for intensive care survivors is limited by ongoing problems with walking, strength, fatigue, mental distress and cognitive morbidity known as 'Post Intensive Care Syndrome'. There has been increasing interest in ways that clinicians can support patients in their post ICU recovery. The investigators are undertaking a co design approach to informing the design of a recovery pathway for patients who have been admitted to the intensive care to support them in their return to home, family and working responsibilities.
The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the long-term safety, effectiveness and prolonged action of Kite study drugs, axicabtagene ciloleucel, brexucabtagene autoleucel, KITE-222, KITE-363, KITE-439, KITE-585, and KITE-718, in participants of Kite-sponsored interventional studies.
Long-term follow-up of subjects who received ST-920 in a previous trial (ST-920-201) and completed at least 52 weeks post-infusion follow-up in their primary protocol. Enrolled subjects will be followed for a total of up to 5 years following ST-920 infusion.
This Phase 2 Extension trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of ABP-450 for migraine prevention in adults who suffer from six or more migraine days per month. The study will enroll approximately 666 patients across approximately 65 sites in the United States, Canada and Australia from the Phase 2 trial. Study subjects will be divided evenly across a low dose group and a high dose group. All patients will receive four treatment cycles of ABP-450 utilizing the Company's novel injection paradigm.
