Safety and Efficacy of BARS13 in the Elderly

Start date: May 24, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Advaccine Clinical Research are developing a vaccine called BARS13 for the active immunisation of infants (aged 6 months to 5 years old) and the elderly (aged 60-80 years old) for the seasonal prevention of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infection. A total of 125 volunteers aged 60 - 80 years (inclusive) will be enrolled in this study, and will be divided into 3 groups (or 'cohorts') of 40 people (cohort 1 and 2) and 45 people (cohort 3). The aim of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BARS13 in this age group.

A Phase 3 Study to Assess Efficacy and Safety of Tafasitamab Plus Lenalidomide and Rituximab Compared to Placebo Plus Lenalidomide and Rituximab in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory (R/R) Follicular Lymphoma or Marginal Zone Lymphoma.

InMIND
Start date: April 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 3 double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study designed to investigate whether tafasitamab and lenalidomide as an add-on to rituximab provides improved clinical benefit compared with lenalidomide as an add-on to rituximab in patients with R/R FL Grade 1 to 3a or R/R MZL.

NCT ID: NCT04670679 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

A Dose Escalation/Expansion Study of ERAS-601 in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

FLAGSHP-1
Start date: December 15, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

- To evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of ERAS-601 when administered as a monotherapy and in combination with other cancer therapies in study participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. - To determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and/or recommended dose (RD) of ERAS-601 when administered as a monotherapy and in combination with other cancer therapies. - To characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of ERAS-601 when administered as a monotherapy and in combination with other cancer therapies. - To evaluate the antitumor activity of ERAS-601 when administered as a monotherapy and in combination with other cancer therapies.

NCT ID: NCT04669067 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

TL-895 and KRT-232 Study in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Start date: March 31, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates TL-895, a potent, orally available and highly selective irreversible tyrosine kinase inhibitor combined with navtemadlin (KRT-232), a novel oral small molecule inhibitor of MDM2 for the treatment of adults with FLT3 mutated Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Participants must be relapsed/refractory (e.g., having failed prior therapy) to be eligible for this study.

NCT ID: NCT04666038 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Study of LOXO-305 Versus Investigator's Choice (IdelaR or BR) in Patients With Previously Treated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)

BRUIN CLL-321
Start date: March 9, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a study for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic leukemia (SLL) who have previously received treatment with at least a BTK inhibitor. The main purpose is to compare LOXO-305 to idelalisib plus rituximab or bendamustine plus rituximab. Participation could last up to four years, and possibly longer, if the disease does not progress.

NCT ID: NCT04662710 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced/Metastatic Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma

Efficacy and Safety of Lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) Plus Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Plus Chemotherapy in Participants With Advanced/Metastatic Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma (MK-7902-015/E7080-G000-321/LEAP-015)

LEAP-015
Start date: December 30, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) plus pembrolizumab (MK-3475) plus chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone in participants with advanced/metastatic gastroesophageal cancer. The primary study hypotheses are that lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy is superior to chemotherapy alone for both overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR), in participants with programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) Combined Positive Score (CPS) ≥1 and in all participants.

NCT ID: NCT04662255 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Mantle-Cell
