NCT ID: NCT05002608 Recruiting - Health Insurance Clinical Trials

Virtual Health Insurance Navigation Pilot Program for Colorectal Survivors

HINT-C
Start date: November 1, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This trial aims to assess the feasibility and acceptability of colorectal survivors approached and engaged in HINT and aims to assess the preliminary efficacy of HINT to improve 1) health insurance literacy and 2) financial burden related to medical cost concerns colorectal survivors. The study investigators propose that, compared to the control arm (who will receive a health insurance information guide, but will not receive the navigation intervention), participants in the HINT intervention arm will have improved health insurance literacy and decreased financial distress related to medical costs.

NCT ID: NCT04999306 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Colorectal Cancer Metastatic

Feasibility of 2 Interventions to Reduce Fatigue in Patients With Chemotherapy for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

COLOFIGHT
Start date: May 17, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In patients with colorectal cancer, fatigue ranks as the number one chemotherapy-related adverse event, with 75% of patients experiencing grade 3-4 physical and psychological consequences. Metastatic progression and increasing number of courses of chemotherapy are also aggravating factors. In this study, the investigator will evaluate the feasibility of two standardized interventions aimed at reducing fatigue in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. One of the two interventions will focus on hypnosis sessions while the other will implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions.

NCT ID: NCT04996355 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Colorectal Neoplasms

Organoids-on-a-chip for Colorectal Cancer and in Vitro Screening of Chemotherapeutic Drugs

Start date: May 31, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The individualized treatment of tumors has always been an urgent problem in clinical practice. Organoids-on-a-chip can reflect the heterogeneity of tumors and is a good model for in vitro anticancer drug screening. In this study, surgical specimens of patients with advanced colorectal cancer will be collected for organoid culture and organoids-on-a- chip. Use organoids-on-a-chip to screen tumor chemotherapy drugs, compare the results of patients' actual medication regimens, and study the guiding role of organoids in the formulation of precise tumor treatment plans. The investigators will compare the response of organoids to drugs in vitro with the patient's response to actual chemotherapy and targeted drugs and explore the feasibility and accuracy of organoids-on-a-chip based drug screening for advanced colorectal cancer. The project will establish a screening platform for chemotherapeutic drugs and targeted drugs based on colorectal cancer organoids to quickly and accurately formulate personalized treatment plans for clinical patients.

NCT ID: NCT04991948 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Unresectable Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Study of Pembrolizumab Treatment After CYAD-101 With FOLFOX Preconditioning in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Start date: November 22, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the CYAD-101-002 study is to assess the safety and clinical activity of CYAD-101 in patients with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer administered concurrently with FOLFOX chemotherapy, followed by pembrolizumab treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04990895 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

A Research Study to Collect Patient Reported Outcomes Using Electronic Surveys

Start date: March 30, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

A single-centre, randomized, 2-arm clinical trial comparing follow-up consisting of tumour-specific Electronic Patient-Reported Outcomes (ePROs) with targeted symptom management versus standard of care follow-up during neoadjuvant/adjuvant systemic therapy

NCT ID: NCT04988191 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Colorectal Carcinoma

Toripalimab Plus Bevacizumab and Chemotherapy as Neoadjuvant Therapy in Advanced MSI-H or dMMR Colorectal Cancer

Start date: December 24, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a trial investigating the efficacy and safety of Toripalimab combined with bevacizumab and chemotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy in patients with advanced microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) or DNA mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) colorectal cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04977453 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
