NCT ID: NCT05186116 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Liver Metastasis Colon Cancer

LDLT in Non Resectable Colo-rectal Cancer Liver Metastasis

LIVERMORE
Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is an interventional open label prospective study that aims to assess both overall and disease-free survival of patients treated with LDLT, partial or whole graft LT from deceased donors for unresectable CRLM. Secondary outcomes are graft survival and donor outcomes in terms of safety and quality of life. Donor selection is performed according to the currently used Institutional and National standards and protocols.

NCT ID: NCT05179824 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Tempus Priority Study: A Pan-tumor Observational Study

Start date: October 19, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Observational study that will be collecting clinical and molecular health information from cancer patients who have received comprehensive genomic profiling and meet the specific eligibility criteria outlined for each cohort with the goal of conducting research to advance cancer care and create a dataset that furthers cancer research.

NCT ID: NCT05174169 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage III Colon Cancer

Colon Adjuvant Chemotherapy Based on Evaluation of Residual Disease

CIRCULATE-US
Start date: March 10, 2022
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This Phase II/III trial will evaluate the what kind of chemotherapy to recommend to patients based on the presence or absences of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) after surgery for colon cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05163028 Recruiting - Cancer Clinical Trials

A Dose Escalation Study of SHP2 Inhibitor in Patients With Solid Tumors Harboring KRAS of EGFR Mutations

Start date: December 13, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A Phase 1 dose escalation study in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS or EGFR mutations to determine the maximum tolerated dose and recommended Phase II dose of HBI-2376 and characterize its pharmacokinetic profile.

NCT ID: NCT05133544 Recruiting - Colonic Polyp Clinical Trials

Endocuff With or Without AI-assisted Colonoscopy

Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Colonoscopy is considered the gold standard for diagnosis of colonic polyps. However, it was reported that colonoscopy could still miss colonic polyps. Many attempts have been made to improve the detection rate of colonoscopy. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a promising new technique to improve detection rate of colonic adenoma. However, it remains uncertain whether whether the combined use of Endocuff and AI assisted examination could help to further improve the adenoma detection rate. This is a prospective randomized trial comparing the use of endocuff with AI, AI alone or conventional colonoscopy examination on adenoma detection rate.

NCT ID: NCT05068180 Recruiting - Prostatic Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Low-dose Neuroleptanalgesia for Postoperative Delirium in Elderly Patients

Start date: October 5, 2021
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Postoperative delirium(POD)is a common complication that can directly affect important clinical outcomes, and exert an enormous burden on patients, their families, hospitals, and public resources. In order to evaluate whether an intraoperative administration of low-dose neuroleptanalgesia reduces postoperative delirium, droperidol 1.25 mg and fentanyl 0.025 mg or normal saline is used by intravenous injection 30 minutes before the end of the operation, in elderly patients with non-cardiac major surgery under general anesthesia. The efficiency and safety of neuroleptanalgesia on the incidence of POD would be evaluated in elderly patients.

NCT ID: NCT05062889 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage III Colon Cancer

Exploiting Circulating Tumour DNA to Intensify the Postoperative Treatment Resected Colon Cancer Patients

ERASE-CRC
Start date: May 17, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The aims of this study are to evaluate if an intensified adjuvant treatment with FOLFOXIRI could increase the rate of cases with undetectable ct-DNA after chemotherapy and to evaluate if a further adjuvant treatment with Trifluridine/Tipiracil could increase the rate of cases with undetectable ct-DNA and therefore improve DFS in a population at high-risk of relapse. An additional target-driven cohort of HER2+ RAS wild-type colon cancer patients will be assessed for ct-DNA clearance after a tailored treatment with Trastuzumab and Tucatinib plus FOLFOX

NCT ID: NCT05046756 Recruiting - Colon Cancer Clinical Trials

Postoperative Prognosis Management Service Based mHealth for Colon Cancer Patients

Start date: May 11, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Recently, the use of mobile health is increasing for the purpose of managing prognosis such as recurrence, survival and quality of life by using a wearable smart band and a smartphone application. In the era of the 4th revolution, mobile health for the purpose of comprehensive prognosis for cancer patients is becoming a very good tool. It is possible to confirm the clinical significance of short-term and temporary health care through a mobile application and a smart band during the treatment process for cancer patients, but the study is insufficient to generalize the number of subjects. Therefore, for colon cancer patients who need prognosis management after surgery, we will investigate the effect of a mobile application using a smart band which has a modular structure reflecting the treatment method and treatment process after surgery. This study targets patients who underwent prostate cancer surgery. An intervention group (App+IoT device) uses a smart care application for 12 months. This application was tailored for prostate cancer patients and created by reflecting the treatment process after surgery. And they also uses a wearable smart band for 12 months. Control group is provided general education through the hospital brochure. Evaluation will be conducted 2-3days after surgery (before discharge), and at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery.

NCT ID: NCT05038254 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer AJCC v8

Enhanced Outpatient Symptom Management to Reduce Acute Care Visits Due to Chemotherapy-Related Adverse Events

Start date: May 12, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial studies if enhanced outpatient symptom management with telemedicine and remote monitoring can help reduce acute care visit due to chemotherapy-related adverse events. Receiving telemedicine and remote monitoring may help patients have better outcomes (such as fewer avoidable emergency room visits and hospitalizations, better quality of life, fewer symptoms, and fewer treatment delays) than patients who receive usual care.

NCT ID: NCT05034692 Recruiting - Colon Neoplasm Clinical Trials
