NCT ID: NCT04510129 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

A Multicenter Cancer Biospecimen Collection Study

Start date: February 5, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study will collect de-identified tumor samples, with correlated clinical/demographic data and tissue histology, from patients selected or scheduled for pre-treatment tumor biopsy or who have had a recent pre-treatment tumor biopsy. These specimens and clinical data may be used in subsequent studies for the development and validation of a diagnostic test.

NCT ID: NCT04508309 Completed - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

NCT ID: NCT04499521 Active, not recruiting - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

A Randomized Study to Compare a Hydrogel Packing System to Standard Packing During HDR Brachytherapy for Cervical Cancer

Start date: March 17, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In this study, a new, low cost packing system ("BrachyGel VHPS") is being tested as a packing option during brachytherapy along with standard options to make sure that it keeps the unrelated organs away from radiation at least as well as the standard options, and to better understand the safety and patient discomfort associated with BrachyGel VHPS and the standard packing options.

NCT ID: NCT04492007 Completed - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Feasibility Testing of Patient Reported Outcomes - Informed Symptom Management System (PRISMS)

PRISMS
Start date: November 2, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a proof-of-concept pilot randomized clinical trial to test the feasibility of the innovative Patient-Reported Outcomes-Informed Symptom Management System (PRISMS) to enhance personalized supportive care for cancer patients and caregivers during post-treatment care transition.

NCT ID: NCT04488991 Recruiting - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

Nabothian Cyst Protects or Facilitates Against Cervical Cancer

Start date: July 23, 2020

A Phase II Clinical Trial of Cediranib and Olaparib Maintenance in Advanced Recurrent Cervical Cancer

COMICE
Start date: October 9, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

COMICE is a randomised, double blind placebo controlled Phase II trial. The trial is recruiting 108 patients with advanced recurrent cervical cancer who have completed their 1st line chemotherapy for advanced/recurrent disease. Patients will be randomised to either placebo Cediranib and Olaparib or active Cediranib and Olaparib and will remain on treatment until progression of disease, unacceptable toxicity or withdrawal of consent. Patients will be assessed for disease progression every 8 weeks through CT/MRI imaging. The primary end point is Progression Free Survival.

NCT ID: NCT04483557 Not yet recruiting - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

Neo-Adjuvant Chemotherapy and Conservative Surgery in Cervical Cancer to Preserve Fertility

CONTESSA
Start date: September 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The standard treatment of stage Ibl 2-4 cm cervical cancer in women who wish to preserve fertility is an abdominal radical trachelectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection. Since the number of take home babies after completing this procedure is below 10%, there is a need for exploration of alternative treatment modalities with better chances of preserving fertility at equal risk of recurrence. Aim of the study is to assess the feasibility of preserving fertility in women with 2018 FIGO stage IB2 cervical cancer with lesions measuring >2cm - <4cm

NCT ID: NCT04483544 Active, not recruiting - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

Pembrolizumab and Olaparib in Cervical Cancer Patients

Start date: December 3, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study is a non-randomized, open-label phase II clinical trial to test the investigational combination of the drug pembrolizumab with the drug olaparib in patients diagnosed with advanced or recurrent cervical carcinoma after standard chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT04480866 Completed - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

CASUS: Improved and Quality Assured Collection of First-void Urine

CASUS-WP1
Start date: July 30, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of the overall CASUS project is to develop the first fully molecular integrated cervical cancer screening approach, based on first-void urine as an easily accessible and non-invasive source of biomarkers. In contrast to current screening modalities, the CASUS approach will identify women with clinically relevant disease in need of treatment using only a single sample that can be collected at home (one-step triage).
