Neoadjuvant Tislelizumab Plus Chemotherapy for Locally Advanced Oral/Oropharyngeal Cancer (NeoSPOT)

Previous studies confirmed locally advanced oral/oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LA OSCC or OPSCC) patients with a pathological response had higher probability of survival in neoadjuvant settings. Several ongoing trials of neoadjuvant immunotherapy in head and neck cancer showed promising results. However, the optimal regimen remains unclear. This trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant therapy with anti-programmed cell death 1 monoclonal antibody Tislelizumab and chemotherapy, followed by surgery and adjuvant radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy plus Tislelizumab in LA OSCC or OPSCC.

Evaluation of a Once Per Day Regimen of Accelerated Partial Breast Irradiation for Improved Breast Appearance in Patients With Low Risk, Hormone Responsive Breast Cancer

This phase II trial tests how well accelerated partial breast irradiation (APBI) delivered once per day works in ensuring an acceptable breast appearance in patients with low risk, hormone responsive breast cancer. APBI uses precise radiation beams to kill cancerous cells in a smaller area of the breast (partial breast) instead of the whole breast or chest area as in standard therapy. Additionally, APBI is given in a shorter course of treatment than whole breast radiation therapy, over fewer days instead of several weeks, with a lower total dose of radiation. APBI is currently given every other business day for a total of 5 treatments with excellent results; however, a shorter treatment duration could have similar or even better results. Undergoing APBI every day on consecutive business days for 5 treatments may result in an improved breast appearance for patients with low risk hormone responsive breast cancer.

This is a single-site prospective study to describe efficacy endpoints of single agent memantine in patients with unresectable, locally advanced, or metastatic HCC otherwise not deemed candidates for intensive systemic therapy. In addition to the primary endpoint and multiple secondary efficacy endpoints, we will describe changes in quality of life on treatment over time.

Neoadjuvant Therapy for Stage II-IVA Resectable Esophageal Squamous Cell

The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab combined with albumin paclitaxel and cisplatin versus albumin paclitaxel and cisplatin or 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin in neoadjuvant therapy for stage II-IVa resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The study plans to enroll 114 eligible patients who will be randomly assigned in a 1:1:1 ratio to receive 3 cycles of neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy (pembrolizumab plus albumin paclitaxel and cisplatin;Pembrolizumab plus 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin) or chemotherapy alone (5-fluorouracil and cisplatin), followed by surgery 3 weeks later, followed by 16 cycles of adjuvant immunotherapy (pembrolizumab).Patients were followed up for efficacy and safety during treatment.Tumor evaluation will be performed at screening, after neoadjuvant therapy, before surgery, and after adjuvant therapy until objective disease progression is confirmed.

The goal of this Clinical Study is to understand the outcomes by informing therapy choice for adjuvant treatment in clear cell renal cell carcinoma by using molecular residual disease. The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - what is the progression free survival of a cohort of high risk resected RCC patients when treated based on MRD - what is the overall survival of high risk resected RCC patients when treated based on MRD Participants will forgo adjuvant therapy with pembrolizumab if they have no detectable molecular residual disease. Participants will continue on with standard of care pembrolizumab if they do appear to have molecular residual disease.
