Filter by:This is a Phase 3 multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy of infigratinib (an oral targeted FGFR1-3 inhibitor) versus placebo, as adjuvant treatment following surgery in adult subjects with invasive urothelial carcinoma and susceptible FGFR3 genetic alterations (mutations, and gene fusions or rearrangements) who have disease that is considered at high risk for recurrence with surgery alone. The study enrolls subjects with either bladder cancer post radical cystectomy or upper tract urothelial cancer post distal ureterectomy and/or nephrectomy. Study treatment is randomized 1:1 between infigratinib or placebo with treatment up to 1 year or until invasive local, distal, or metastatic disease recurrence confirmed by independent imaging reviewer.
This phase II trial evaluated the impact of Oxaliplatin and Gemcitabine in patients with recurrent or advanced transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. The combination of Oxaliplatin and Gemcitabine is considered investigational and this study will help in determining if their activity and toxicity profiles are comparable or better than the standard regimens.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of pemigatinib plus pembrolizumab or pemigatinib alone versus the standard of care for participants with metastatic or unresectable urothelial carcinoma who are not eligible to receive cisplatin, are harboring FGFR3 mutation or rearrangement, and who have not received prior treatment.

This phase II trial studies the side effects of durvalumab and chemotherapy before surgery in treating patients with variant histology bladder cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin, cisplatin, gemcitabine, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving durvalumab in addition to standard chemotherapy may lead to better outcomes in patients with variant histology bladder cancer.
This is a single arm phase II study assessing the activity of atezolizumab in combination with carboplatin + gemcitabine or docetaxel compared to historical controls of chemotherapy only in metastatic or recurrent urothelial carcinoma subjects. Subjects that received a PD 1 or PD-L1 inhibitor with no prior platinum chemotherapy for metastatic disease will be treated with atezolizumab + carboplatin + gemcitabine on trial. Subjects that received sequential or concurrent PD1/PDL1 inhibitor and carboplatin-based regimen will be treated with atezolizumab + docetaxel on trial.
Many individuals with ovarian cancer experience distress, fatigue, weakness, anxiety, and other symptoms that decrease quality of life. Moderate exercise may improve quality of life, decrease distress, and improve biomarkers associated with prognosis in individuals with ovarian cancer. This clinical trial studies how well moderate exercise works in improving distress, quality of life, and biomarkers of angiogenesis and chronic stress in individuals with ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer.
The study will evaluate the clinical activity of PD-(L)1 Checkpoint Inhibitor regimens in combination with the investigational agent sitravatinib in patients with advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma.
This phase II trial studies how well neutron radiation therapy and pembrolizumab work in treating participants with urothelial carcinoma that has spread to other places in the body. Neutron radiation therapy uses high energy neutrons to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving radiation therapy and pembrolizumab may work better than radiation alone in treating participants with urothelial carcinoma that has spread to other places in the body.
