Filter by:This study is to determine if a fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) improves the body's ability to fight cancer in patients with relapsed/refractory PD-L1 Positive NSCLC.
The study objective is to collect biospecimen samples (e.g., whole blood) from participants diagnosed with active lung cancer to investigate the immune response to develop treatments and therapies.
This is a phase 3, open-label, randomized, multi-center study assessing the efficacy and safety of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR Exon20ins mutation, who are newly diagnosed or have not received prior systemic therapy in advanced stage. Primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy using by BICR-assessed PFS per RECIST 1.1 as primary endpoint. Approximately 320 participants are estimated to be randomized into the study. Participants enrolled will be randomized to DZD9008 or platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in a 1:1 manner, stratified by baseline brain metastasis (with/without).
This is a randomized, multicenter, multinational, double-blind, and parallel-group study to evaluate the PK, efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of MB12 (proposed pembrolizumab biosimilar) versus Keytruda® in subjects with newly diagnosed stage IV non-squamous NSCLC. This study is planned to be conducted in approximately 48 sites in 7 countries, a total of 174 subjects will be enrolled. Eligible subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive MB12 or Keytruda® at a dose of 200 mg every 3 weeks. Subjects will be stratified by gender (male versus female) and ECOG status (0 versus 1) as both factors are considered to have the potential to influence PK properties of pembrolizumab to some extent. The study will consist of 2 periods defined as follows: - Main Study Period from Screening up to Cycle 6 included. - Extended Treatment Period from Cycle 7 up to Week 52 for those subjects who demonstrate clinical benefit from the treatment (complete response [CR], partial response [PR], and stable disease [SD]). They will continue treatment until disease progression, intolerance to the study drug, treatment discontinuation for other reason, or up to Week 52, whichever occurs first. A Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) will assess the safety data periodically and will recommend to the sponsor whether to continue, modify, or stop the trial on the basis of safety considerations. After the first 10 subjects have received at least 2 cycles of treatment, the DSMB will review the accumulated safety data, and the first meeting will take place. Subsequent meetings will be performed as per the DSMB charter.
The purpose of the study is to separately assess the potential of dexamethasone, montelukast and methotrexate administration, prior to amivantamab infusion given through a needle in the vein, to decrease the incidence and/or severity of first-dose infusion related reactions.
This is an open-label phase I/II preliminary study, including dose escalation, dose expansion, and efficacy expansion, to evaluate drug safety, tolerability, PK, and efficacy. The dose escalation study evaluates the IMP's safety, tolerability, and PK in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC who have experienced disease progression after third-generation EGFR-TKI therapy. The dose expansion study, after 2-3 dose levels are selected based on dose escalation results, further investigates the IMP's safety, tolerability, and PK, explores preliminary efficacy, and determines RP2D in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC harboring EGFR C797X mutation. The efficacy expansion study evaluates the IMP's safety and efficacy in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC harboring EGFR C797X mutation.
The tumor treating fields(EFE-P100)generates alternating electric field during operation, and the tumor treating fields(EFE-P100)has a specific frequency and a specific field intensity. The tumor treating fields(EFE-P100)patch acts on the corresponding part of the patient and prevents the mitosis of tumor cells. This study was divided into two phases including phase II and phase III clinical trials. The main purpose of phase II clinical trial is to evaluate the safety of tumor treating fields(EFE-P100) combined with docetaxel injection in the second-line treatment of stage IV non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) patients who failed after platinum-containing chemotherapy and anti-programmed Death 1(PD-1)/Programmed Cell Death-Ligand 1(PD-L1) antibody treatment. The main purpose of phase III clinical trial is to compare the efficacy of tumor treating fields(EFE-P100) combined with docetaxel injection and docetaxel injection alone in the second-line treatment of stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who failed after platinum-containing chemotherapy and anti-programmed Death 1(PD-1)/Programmed Cell Death-Ligand 1(PD-L1) antibody treatment.
The purpose of this study is to see whether adding liver stereotactic ablative radiotherapy/L-SABR to standard drug therapy is better than standard drug therapy alone for people with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer/NSCLC.
BEV-III/2022 is a double-blind randomized multicenter clinical trial comparing efficacy of bevacizumab (manufactured by Mabscale, LLC) and paclitaxel plus carboplatin to Avastin® and paclitaxel plus carboplatin in first-line treatment for patients with advanced (unresectable, locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic) non-squamous NSCLC. The purpose of the study is to demonstrate equivalence of efficacy and safety of bevacizumab (manufactured by Mabscale, LLC) to Avastin®. Study includes pharmacokinetics assessment.
This is a phase 1, multicenter, open-label, first-in-human study of YL202 conducted in the United States and China. The study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of YL202 in patients with locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated NSCLC or hormone receptor (HR)-positive and HER2-negative BC, which have been heavily treated by standard treatment.
