NCT ID: NCT06269133 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Evaluation of Cemiplimab in Combination With Platinum-Doublet Chemotherapy in First-Line (1L) Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) in Adult United States (US) Patients

Start date: February 21, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This multi-year cohort study will assess the real-world safety and effectiveness of 1L treatment with cemiplimab in combination with platinum-doublet chemotherapy across advanced NSCLC patient subgroups defined by age, sex, race, and ethnicity. Patients will be retrospectively identified from at least two US electronic health record (EHR)-based databases.

NSCLC
Start date: December 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

NCT ID: NCT06180239 Active, not recruiting - Surgery Clinical Trials

Segmentectomy vs Lobectomy

Start date: January 1, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Actual indications for stage Ia NSCLC patients suggest lobectomy and lymphadenectomy. On the other hand, recent studies reported non-inferiority of segmentectomy in case of nodule < 2cm or with ground glass appearance at computed tomography. However, most of these studies did not report specifical analysis on kind of segmentectomy (single or multiple) and kind of lobectomy. Moreover, a specific study on solid nodules only is still missing. For these reasons, the effectiveness of segmentectomy instead lobectomy for every kind of segment or tumor is still to be defined. Aim of this study is to analyze survival outcome in patients underwent single or multiple segmentectomy compared to lobectomy in stage I non small cell lung cancer.

NCT ID: NCT06102057 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

PACCELIO - FDG-PET Based Small Volume Accelerated Immuno Chemoradiotherapy in Locally Advanced NSCLC

PACCELIO
Start date: February 27, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Multinational, randomized, controlled, open-label, multicenter phase II trial. Eligible patients will be randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to Experimental Arm (FDG-PET-based small volume accelerated radiotherapy with concurrent standard of care chemotherapy) or Conventional Arm (standard FDG-PET-based radiotherapy with concurrent standard of care chemotherapy). Patients showing complete response, partial response, or stable disease following chemoradiotherapy will receive standard of care consolidation therapy with durvalumab (fixed dose of 1500 mg q4w) for up to 12 months or until progression of disease, unacceptable toxicity, patient´s wish, or investigator´s decision, whichever comes first. After end of durvalumab therapy, patients will undergo safety follow up for 90 (+7) days followed by survival follow up until overall end of study. Overall end of study will be reached 24 months after the last patient has started durvalumab therapy. Patients showing PD following chemoradiotherapy will be treated according to investigator´s decision but will be followed up until overall end of study.

CX3CR1+T Cell Predict Immunotherapy Efficacy

Start date: April 10, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between the proportion of flow-sorted CX3CR1+T cells in peripheral blood and the CX3CR1+T-specific gene signature and the efficacy of immunotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT06046495 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study of the Oral EGFR Inhibitor PLB1004 in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: November 29, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase I, multicenter, open-label, dose escalation and dose expansion study to assess the safety and pharmacokinetic profile of PLB1004, a mono-anilino-pyrimidine compound, given alone in NSCLC patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations. Patients will be enrolled and dosed according to the most current protocol. This study is made of two Parts. Part 1 includes a dose escalation into 7 cohorts and patient allocation to these cohorts will be via slot allocation. Each cohort has a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 patients for a total of 21 - 42 patients. The patient population of the dose escalation phase will include patients with advanced NSCLC harboring EGFR classical mutations or Ex20ins mutations. Part 2 includes an expansion phase and the expansion phase will explore one or more dose levels of PLB1004 in NSCLC patients with EGFR Ex20ins mutations.

A Confirmatory Clinical Study in NSCLC Patients With MET Exon 14 Mutation (KUNPENG-2)

KUNPENG-2
Start date: June 29, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to test if PLB1001 works well and safely in Non-small cell lung cancer patients with MET exon 14 mutation. The main questions it aims to answer are: - If it is works well in Non-small cell lung cancer patients with MET exon 14 mutation - If it is safety and tolerant in Non-small cell lung cancer patients with MET exon 14 mutation Participants will 1. be given PLB1001 200mg BID,oral. 2. be received hematology and urine and ECG examinations every 14 days (First 3 months) or every 28 days (After 3 months) 3. be received Image examination every 8 weeks(First year) or every 12 weeks(After one year)
