Serplulimab Combined With Chemotherapy in Patients With Resectable Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

Start date: May 16, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

China with high incidence of non-small cell lung cancer. In the past few decades, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other treatments were continuously improved, however, the mortality of lung cancer patients was not significantly decreased. For patients with locally advanced lung cancer, direct surgery is not effective. It is difficult to achieve radical resection by surgery merely, and even if many patients receive surgery, they may eventually have tumor recurrence and poor survival rate. Therefore, it is necessary to explore effective perioperative neoadjuvant treatment to reduce the risk of postoperative recurrence and improve the postoperative survival rate of patients. According to the reports, PD-1/ PD-L1 immunocheckpoint inhibitor may become a new method for the treatment of lung cancer. Preliminary clinical results showed that immunotherapy combined with chemoradiotherapy provided a synergies antitumor effect. Multiple clinical results showed that serplulimab provided higher overall response rate for advanced lung cancer. However, in patients with locally advanced lung cancer, the efficacy of serplulimab combined with chemotherapy for sequential radical surgery is still unclear. The purpose of this study is to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of serplulimab combined with chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant therapy of resectable non-small cell lung cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05880706 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: July 19, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A Phase II clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of BL-B01D1 for injection in combination with Osimertinib Mesylate Tablets in patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR-sensitive mutations

NCT ID: NCT05878028 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

L-TIL Plus Tislelizumab for PD1 Antibody Resistant aNSCLC

Start date: September 16, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this observational study is to test in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with negative driver gene. For these patients, PD1 antibody therapy combined with chemotherapy was the preferred regimen. However, there is no standard regimen for the patients who refractory from the first-line PD1 inhibitor based therapy. The main questions they aim to answer are: 1.The efficacy of Liquid Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (L-TIL) plus Tislelizumab and Docetaxel for patients failure from first line chemotherapy and PD1 inhibitor therapy. 2. The safety of L-TIL plus Tislelizumab and Docetaxel as second line therapy. All participants will receive four cycles of Docetaxel chemotherapy, six cycles of L-TIL cells infusion and one year of Tislelizumab treatment except for disease progression, intolerable toxicity, withdrawal informed consent, death and so on.

NCT ID: NCT05873439 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Genomically Guided Radiation Dose Personalization in Locally Advanced NSCLC

Start date: May 8, 2023
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of genomically guided radiation therapy (RT) with concurrent chemotherapy in the management of stage II and III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

NCT ID: NCT05872867 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of WM-A1-3389 in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (MK-3475-E90/KEYNOTE-E90)

Start date: March 14, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the present study is to determine the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of WM-A1-3389 in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

NCT ID: NCT05872763 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study of Participants in China With Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer That is Unable to be Treated With Surgery

Start date: August 11, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a multicenter, observational cohort study in China with both primary prospective data collection and retrospective collection of prior treatment information from medical records, which enrolls and follows patients who are newly diagnosed with unresectable stage IIIB/IIIC/IV Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) in the selected sites. This study aims to describe the clinical practice and long-term survival benefits of patients newly diagnosed with unresectable stage IIIB/IIIC/IV NSCLC. The study also seeks to explore the condition of biomarker tests utilization, and to assess potential economic impact on patients in the real world. The safety related events will also be summarized in this study.

NCT ID: NCT05870319 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

NCT ID: NCT05865730 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study of Oncobax®-AK in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: October 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Akkermansia muciniphila is a naturally occurring bacterium found in the healthy human gastrointestinal tract. Analysis of the gut microbiota of NSCLC or RCC patients shows that the presence of Akkermansia is associated with the clinical efficacy of immunotherapy. In preclinical models, oral administration of the Akkermansia p2261 strain reverses resistance to PD-1 blockade. In the clinical setting, it is therefore hypothesized that the oral administration of Oncobax®-AK to cancer patients under immunotherapy, but whose gut microbiota is deficient in Akkermansia will restore / improve the efficacy of immunotherapy in patients with NSCLC or RCC.
