Inclusion Criteria: - All the teachers working in 'Begin' high-school, Rosh Hayin, Israel - agreed to sign an informed consent form Exclusion Criteria: - Teachers with previous experience with IBSR technique |
Allocation: Non-Randomized, Intervention Model: Parallel Assignment, Masking: Open Label, Primary Purpose: Supportive Care
