Filter by:Tooth autotransplantation is a treatment option to replace tooth with imposible prognosis. In several cases the receipt site has a reduced bone dimension. This situation may be imposible the treatment with dental implants without bone reconstruction. Autotransplantation seem to improve the anatomic characteristic of the receipt site without any reconstruction approach. The aim of this study is to evaluate the bone dimension changes followed autotransplantation treatment.
This home-based study is a randomized (1:1) placebo-controlled trial of a single infusion of zoledronic acid-5 mg (ZA) for the prevention of fractures in men and women aged 60 years and older with Parkinson's disease and parkinsonism with at least 2 years of follow-up. A total of 3500 participants will be enrolled and randomized in the United States. Participants, follow-up outcome assessors, and study investigators will be blinded to assigned study treatment. This trial is funded by the National Institute of Aging.

: GREFFE_ELASTO IRM will evaluate Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE) in renal transplant patients with suspected interstitial fibrosis/tubular atrophy lesions requiring biopsy graft sampling under ultrasound control. The main objective is to search a correlation between renal graft parenchymal elasticity values obtained in vivo by MRE, and the histological data of renal fibrosis by biopsy sampling, and providing a non-invasive tool capable of detecting and monitoring this development over time, making possible in the future to reduce the number of renal biopsies.

To our knowledge, cerebellar N-methyl-D- aspartic acid (NMDA) receptors play a special role in the modulation of motor learning and coordination. Tllsh2910, a NMDA modulator, has been found to attenuate the ataxic gait in the mouse model. Here, we designed a large-scale double-blind randomized controlled, cross-over phase III trial to investigate the efficacy of Tllsh2910 in neurodegenerative ataxic patients and the association of gut microbiota change.

30 postmenopausal females with senile vaginitis will be enrolled with score of <15 on the Gloria Bachman Vaginal Health Index (VHI) intramucosal injections of PRP will be adminstered and perform clinical evaluations at 0, 1, 3, and 6 months.
