Filter by:The objective of the study is to compile real-world data on the use of the VERAFEYE System in standard of care atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation procedures and left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) procedures. Results from this study will be used to guide development of the VERAFEYE System.
This clinical investigation is intended to demonstrate safety and effectiveness of the Volt™ Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) Catheter Sensor Enabled™, the Volt™ PFA Generator, Agilis™ NxT Steerable Introducer Dual-Reach™, and EnSite™ X EP System EnSite™ Pulsed Field Ablation Module (for simplicity of reference this device collection will hereafter be referred to as the Volt™ PFA system) for the treatment of symptomatic, recurrent, drug-refractory paroxysmal and persistent atrial fibrillation.
A randomised controlled clinical trial to assess efficacy of convergent ablation with the LARIAT procedure, as compared to standard endocardial catheter ablation in patients with long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation (AF).
Description of treatment of cardiovascular diseases in community settings in Russia
The goal of this Observational Prospective Multi-center Study is to observe the acute and long-term safety and performance outcomes after spatiotemporal dispersion-based AF/AT ablation utilizing the Volta Medical AI software in "real-life" clinical practice, without any imposed clinical workflow. Moreover, this study will allow to collect medico-economic data related to the tailored ablation strategy guided by the Volta Medical AI software.
The objective of the study is to evaluate the performance of the VERAFEYE System in subjects entitled to undergo a standard of care ablation or closure procedure. Results from this study will be used to guide development and refinement the VERAFEYE System. The study is not designed to collect data for product approval and as such does not have a safety or efficacy endpoint.
Demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the Ablacath™ Mapping Catheter and Ablamap® System in patients with all types of atrial fibrillation (AF) including paroxysmal or persistent or long-standing persistent, undergoing and De Novo or Redo procedures. Phenotype patients and demonstrate the prognostication power of Electrographic Flow (EGF®) maps among all subjects using 12-month follow-up outcomes following EGF-guided mapping and ablation.
A prospective cohort study to evaluate the association between various triggers encountered in daily life and induction of atrial arrhythmias (atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, atrial tachycardia and premature atrial contractions) with the use of long-term monitoring devices. The collected data of personalized triggers and risk factors will be used to define the individual phenotype of atrial arrhythmia.
