Despite aortic coarctation (CoA) repair these patients have cardiovascular complications and coronary artery disease is the most common cause of death.

Inclusion Criteria: - sex and age-matched controls Exclusion Criteria: - acute and chronic inflammation disease, underlying malignancies and diabetes mellitus. |
