Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of derazantinib monotherapy or derazantinib in combination with paclitaxel and ramucirumab in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC) i.e. with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative adenocarcinoma of the stomach or gastro-esophageal junction harboring fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) genetic aberrations (GA).

NCT ID: NCT04594811 Terminated - Clinical trials for Gastric or Gastro-esophageal Junction (GEJ) or Esophageal Adenocarcinoma (EAC)

NT-I7 in Combination With Nivolumab in Advanced Gastric, Gastro-Esophageal Junction or Esophageal Adenocarcinoma

Start date: January 21, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purposes of the dose escalation part of this study is to determine the following in participants with gastric or gastro-esophageal junction (GEJ) or esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC): - Safety and tolerability of NT-I7 in combination with nivolumab - Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and/or the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) The main purposes of Phase 2 of this study is to make a preliminary assessment of the antitumor activity and long-term survival of NT-I7 in combination with nivolumab in participants with gastric or GEJ or EAC. Note, this trial was intended to be a Phase 1/2 trial (but the trial never moved forward to Phase 2).

NCT ID: NCT04565327 Terminated - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Hyperpolarized 13C Pyruvate MRI for Treatment Response Assessment in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Start date: August 14, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial investigates whether magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using hyperpolarized carbon-13 (13C) pyruvate can be useful for evaluating early treatment response in patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Hyperpolarized 13C pyruvate is different from standard clinical MRI contrast (e.g. gadolinium) in that it provides information on how a tumor processes nutrients. MRI is used to see tumor uptake and breakdown of hyperpolarized carbon-13 pyruvate molecules, which can tell how the tumor processes nutrients. Hyperpolarized 13C pyruvate MRI may help in understanding how the tumor responds to the treatments patients may be receiving.

NCT ID: NCT04329949 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Study of Relacorilant in Combination With Nab-Paclitaxel in Patients With Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

RELIANT
Start date: June 30, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 3, open-label study to evaluate the objective response rate (ORR), in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (mPDAC) treated with relacorilant in combination with nab-paclitaxel, according to blinded independent central review.

NCT ID: NCT04260191 Terminated - Clinical trials for Gastric and Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

Study of AMG 910 in Subjects With CLDN18.2-Positive Gastric and Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

Start date: June 29, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 910 in adult subjects, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D)

NCT ID: NCT04221828 Terminated - Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials

Trial of NanoPac Focal Therapy for Prostate Cancer

Start date: October 20, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the use of NanoPac injected directly into the prostate lesion in men with prostate cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04171141 Terminated - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Tumors

Study to Test the Safety and Tolerability of PF-07062119 in Patients With Selected Advanced or Metastatic Gastrointestinal Tumors.

Start date: November 19, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A phase 1, open-label, dose escalation and expansion study of PF-07062119 in patients with selected advanced or metastatic gastrointestinal tumors

NCT ID: NCT04085991 Terminated - Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials

Two TraCer PositROn EmiSSion Tomography ComBination for Efficacy EstimatiOn of Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen Radioligand Therapy in Patients With Metastatic Prostate Cancer

CROSSBOW
Start date: July 31, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Single-arm, open-label, phase II trial in 200 competent adult male patients with Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECOG PS) of 0-3 and progressive metastatic prostate cancer, failing, failed, refused, not eligible for or no access to further approved lines of therapy. Patients will undergo sequential FDG positron emission tomography (PET) and 18F-DCFPyL PET to assess FDG/DCFPyL concordance fraction. Patients with DCFPyL/FDG concordance of 50% or greater will be treated with 131I-PSMA-1095 radioligand therapy (RLT). Best post-treatment serum prostate specific antigen response will be compared to concordance fraction.

NCT ID: NCT04077021 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Adenocarcinoma

First-in-human Study of CCW702 in Patients With Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer

Start date: July 17, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

CCW702 is an investigational immunotherapy for prostate cancer. This is a two-part, first-in-human study to assess the safety and tolerability of CCW702 administered subcutaneously to patients with metastatic, castration resistant prostate cancer. Part I is divided in to two subparts, in both subparts patients will receive ascending dosages of CCW702 with the goal to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of CCW702 and efficacious regimen. Part Ia will explore every other other day dosing (QOD); Part Ib will explore weekly dosing (Q7D). In part II of the study, patients will be given the recommended part/phase 2 dose (RP2D) Q7D. The study will also assess the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of CCW702.
