NCT ID: NCT06087120 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Investigate the Prognostic and Predictive Value of ctDNA During Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer.

Start date: September 16, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a prospective and observational study, aiming to determine the detection rate and change of CtDNA in blood samples of cancer patients before, during and after neoadjuvant treatment. - Determine the rate of ctDNA positivity at the time before treatment, - Determine the rate of ctDNA positivity at the time during treatment, - Determine the rate of ctDNA positivity at the time after neoadjuvant therapy, whether there is a change in ctDNA expression of the study population during treatment. And aiming to investigate the relationship between ctDNA expression and MRI imaging with pCR response in neo-adjuvant therapy: - Correlation between ctDNA detection and pCR response. Determine the percentage of Positive Prediction Value - PPV, Negative Prediction Value - NPV of ctDNA, - Correlation between MRI imaging and pCR response. Determination of PPV, NPV of MRI - Combination of ctDNA detection and MRI imaging in the prognosis of pCR. Determination of PPV, NPV ratio of ctDNA combined with MRI.

NCT ID: NCT06084481 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Study to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity in Adult Participants With Select Advanced Solid Tumor Indications Receiving Intravenous (IV) ABBV-400

Start date: November 9, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called cohorts. Each cohort receives ABBV-400 alone (monotherapy) followed by a safety follow-up period. Approximately 220 adult participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancers (BTC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), hormone receptor+/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive [HR+]/HER2-breast cancer [BC]), head and neck squamous-cell-carcinoma (HNSCC), or advanced solid tumors, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 60 sites worldwide. In the each cohorts, participants with the following advanced solid tumor indications: HCC, PDAC, BTC, ESCC, TNBC, HR+/HER2-BC, and HNSCC will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 monotherapy for up to 2 years during and up to the treatment period with an additional safety follow-up period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

NCT ID: NCT06052852 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of BDC-3042 as Single Agent and in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Advanced Malignancies

Start date: October 11, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A first-in-human study using BDC-3042 as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced malignancies

NCT ID: NCT06022029 Recruiting - Bladder Cancer Clinical Trials

A Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion Study of Intratumoral ONM-501 Alone and in Combination With Cemiplimab in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors and Lymphomas.

ON-5001
Start date: October 13, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A phase 1, multicenter, open label, non-randomized dose escalation and dose expansion study to examine the maximum tolerated dose, (MTD), minimum effective dose (MED) and/or recommended dose for expansion (RDE) of intratumoral ONM-501 as monotherapy and in combination with a PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor in patients with advanced solid tumors and lymphomas.

NCT ID: NCT05955105 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of ILB2109 and Toripalimab in Patients With Advanced Solid Malignancies

Start date: July 25, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, open-label, phase Ib/IIa study. The first part of the study will evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of ILB2109 and Toripalimab in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid malignancies. The second part of the study will evaluate the efficacy of ILB2109 and Toripalimab in patients with selected advanced solid malignancies.

Start date: September 13, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy of investigator's choice of chemotherapy, either alone or in combination with everolimus, in treating patients with locally recurrent inoperable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer, luminal androgen receptor (LAR) subtype with PI3K/AKT/mTOR (PAM) pathway mutation, as the first-line treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05916755 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Predictive Biomarkers of Response to Checkpoint Inhibitors in Triple Negative Breast Cancer: a Multiomics Platform

PORTRAIT
Start date: January 13, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Patients with stage II-III Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) candidates to receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) +/- immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) will be included. Several samples from different tissues will be analyzed through different omics to establish predictive biomarkers of response to the treatment. Multiple algorithms will then be used to look for an integrative predictive algorithm that incorporates multi-parameter inputs in order to develop a clinical tool to assist clinicians in the process of treatment decision-making in TNBC.
