Swallowable Cannabigerol Tablets for Sleep Quality In Veterans (Veterans Exploring Cannabigerol for Sleep)

New methods for the treatment and support of Veterans experiencing sleep issues is critically needed. LEVEL's unique, targeted effects-based cannabis products provide a unique opportunity to study the therapeutic safety and efficacy of cannabigerol (a non-psychoactive cannabinoid) with a controlled dosage. Study participants will participate in an interventional, placebo-controlled, triple-blind pre-post study design. Participants will have a four-week run-in phase followed by an eight-week treatment phase with a CBG ProtabTM or placebo ProtabTM in a swallowable tablet form. During the study, participants will answer questions assessing their sleep, alcohol and drug use, and quality of life, among others. They will also wear a Fitbit Inspire 2 to collect biometric data.

Evaluation of Inpatient Sleep and Activity Following Childbirth

Sleep is critical to mental and physical health following childbirth. However, patients who are hospitalized for labor and delivery may be admitted for days with significant impacts on sleep levels. Little is known about sleep and activity levels in inpatients during nighttime and daytime following childbirth and how this may affect their mental and physical health and wellbeing. If abnormalities are identified, targeted interventions may be possible to optimize recovery following delivery.

It will also investigate the impact of social economic status on these sleep -related parental factors.

The Relationship of Disability With Depression, Anxiety and Sleep Quality in Patients With Coccygodynia

Pain of the sacrococcygeal region is called coccygodynia This painful clinical picture, which causes a decrease in the quality of life, also causes disability. Coccycodynia has been associated with hysteria, neurosis, and depression. In some studies, it has been reported that it should be evaluated in somatization in coccygodynia. There are a few studies examining the relationship between coccygodynia and psychiatric disorders.There is no study in the literature examining coccygodynia and sleep. There may be a relationship between pelvic floor muscle spasm in the etiology of coccygodynia and sleep quality. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the relationship between disability severity and anxiety, depression and sleep quality in patients with coccygodynia.
